Best the long wait for someone to show up at the front corner to check in (about 15/20 minutes) the place was perfect for business. Wifi worked, order pizza was quick and hit the spot, good contental breakfast nad nice gym.

Fantastic getaway
Attended a conference in the DeLMarva area; arrived late for check-in; room was readily available as promised;Very clean & quiet environment. lot of parking spaces; stay was uneventful, would recommend to others.

Night at the Best Western
They need to update the electrical system so plugs dont just fall out of the outlets and there's somewhere to plug in ur cell phone, computer, etc. Needs remodeling, wallpaper coming off the walls etc. I had to turn on and off the heat lamp in the bathroom by unscrewing the bulb because the switch was broken. I needed a plastic fork and the staff person was busy on the phone and then gave me attitude over it. Overall mediocre service and poor quality room.

The staff and services were very good. I had problems with the door lock (first mechanical, then electronic) which they attempted to fix promptly. Midweek the wireless internet access was slow and dropped me more than once. From the lobby the behavior was better. As Weekend approached and gues load decreased the wireless service got better.

Great location and a really good price.
We had an appointment near by and this hotel was a great location for our appointment. The only thing about this hotel that was a bit annoying was how loudly the doors closed. Lots of restaurants nearby. And plenty of shopping. Overall a great stay for my husband and myself.

Good Value
Traveled there on business, easy access to DC. Room was clean with little amenities, needs updating and attention. Heater/Air Conditioner was noisy when on, could hear people talking, doors closing, etc. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Hotel is on large main road, so convenient to many restaurants and shopping centers, but not really within walking distance. Also only about 3 miles drive to Mount Vernon, so even if you're under time constraints is worth a visit, even if just for a couple hours. Would recommend as a good value.
