Great Stay
We have stayed in several places in St. George and we have a new favorite at the Windgate. The room was comfortable and clean, the fitness center was one of the best we have used in a hotel, the staff were very nice, the breakfast was about what you would expect at a hotel, and the location was good. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again!

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay
We have stayed at this location a number of times and every single time the experience has been most pleasant. In the warmer seasons, the outdoor pool and spa are fabulous. During the colder times the room attractive and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the activity and food options but overall value very good.

Great experience!
We just stayed one night on a trip back from Yellowstone. The room was clean, the staff was helpful. The free breakfast was OK -- all in all it was a pleasant place to stay!

Great Birthday & 1st Aniversary vacation
Great hotel, nice and clean. Also, the price is reasonable. Need clean on microwave or get new microwave on breakfast area. I am very like this hotel. I will stay again.

Great road trip!
We had a good experience . The breakfast bar was good and appealing. The staff was knowledgeable regarding the area and sights to see. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Great Stay!
Stayed here on a mini-vacation and loved every minute of it. It is tucked away in a nice little corner away from the freeway and is quiet. It is in walking distance of Wal-mart so if you forget something its easy to get. Staff was nice and friendly and accommodated us when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I would stay again
I am very easily grossed out by hotels. At this hotel I wasn't scared to touch anything. Even though I still had thoughts of, "have they ever wiped down the headboard" or "do they ever shampoo the couch" it wasn't because it was dirty, just me being overly concerned. It was clean and I would stay there again. My husband said the bed was too hard and he was bothered by the out of service hot tub. (Teenagers had dumped alcohol in it the night before so I think he's just being silly about that complaint.) I would ask for the top floor if possible, the ceiling sounds like it's going to cave in whenever the guests walk around. All in all, at the end of the trip we give it 3.5 stars. Great place to stay for a few nights.

Freedom
Our whole trip was planned to St George because we wanted to visit Zions national park, hike Snow canyon, and get away from work. While we enjoyed our days out in Utah's beauty, we were also able to come back to a nice quite stay at our hotel. The rooms were very nice and cozy. The breakfast that is provided is great and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the swimming pool is kinda small, but this wont keep me from staying here again. I will be looking forward to staying at the Wingate again.
