Best Hotel in St. George!
We make as many as 4 to 5 trips a year to St. George area. We always stay at the LaQuinta as we have found it to be very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is more than accommodating and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is warm and tasty. As a senior citizen and a person who suffers from asthma, I appreciate the fact that the hotel is smoke free. For all the great amenities, the price doesn't break the bank. A great place to stay...period.

Make sure you check out Toucan, Zion National Park, Snow Canyon and the beautiful red rock country that surrounds St. George. Spectacular!

Nice Stay
Nice place to stay but we had internet issues. Our first room had NO service the second room was fine, but we heard many others complaining about the same issue. The staff was very friendly. Easy access from/to freeway.

Good hotel, good location
This is right at a truck stop at the south end of St. George UT. Not exactly a vacation location, but for business travelers it's good. Right across the highway, but very close, there are stores and a handful of restaurants (I'd recommend Peppers Cantina). Easy access south to the St. George Airport, just a short drive north into town.

Zion getaway
It was a beautiful 3 year old hotel with gorgeous views, a nice pool and beautiful quiet rooms, (you don't always get quiet!) The staff were very eager to help and the price was good. We couldn't have wanted much else!

Find a hotel that is near a variety of good restaurants. That way you don't get tired of dinning out on salty low budget food.

Clean but missing a lot
On the plus side, this hotel is very close to 15. The round-a-bouts were a little confusing until we got the hang of them. The bathrooms were clean and the service was good. On the minus side, the pictures of the pool made it appear larger than it is. The location of this hotel isn't very picturesque and it is right behind a Pilot truck stop. There were no "movies" or "guide" for television programing. We've had much better complimentary breakfasts.

Try Pepper's Cantina, a short walk to a nearby shopping center, featuring great food and drinks. A Mexican sports bar, with a friendly staff and owner.

Decent, but nothing to write home about
After being on the road for 9 days La Quinta/St. George was out next to last stop. The rooms were lovely, the staff helpful, breakfast was good too. The location was awful--overlooking a highway with a truck stop next to it. That made me uncomfortable, but overall it was a good value.

From our point of view St. George had nothing to offer. It was a stopover. We ate at Outback, which we thought was a safe bet. I'd say...stay away.
