Great hotel
This was my first experience in a Hyatt House hotel. My only complaint was we booked a 1-bedroom and we were given a studio. My husband and I were in the area for a Military ball and we really were hoping for the extra space for the stay but the studio was definately adequate. The room was very clean. There was a mini kitchen with a full size frig. The room was nicely divided to separate the living space from the bedroom. The bathroom has a large stand up shower ,no tub, which was great for us. The pool is outdoor but is heated. It was clean and there were always people in it. We had a great stay and will seek out Hyatt Houses in our travels.

Our event was at the South Town Expo Center. It was about a 1/2 mile drive from the hotel.

A wonderful "home-like" accommodating when you're traveling on business
It's located conveniently near the highway, quiet and features a comfortable apartment like suite. The room design and layout is interesting and not the normal "open tunnel" that you normally find. I've stayed here multiple times. I'm not a huge fan of the white ginger soaps, conditioners and shampoos, but it was certainly a reasonable attempt at something different

Sweet Vacation
Arrived really late at night and the host at the counter was very grateful that we had made it safely. He provided information that was very helpful during our stay. When we reached our room, not only was it extremely easy to connect to the free wi-fi, the room itself was very clean, roomy, and modern. The king bed was very comfortable and I fell asleep within 5 minutes. The continental breakfast was hot and amazing, one of the best I ever had. The location was terrific, in a good area and about 15 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City. I have never rated anything before but felt this hotel and staff truly deserve it. Will definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay!
This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in! My friend (who travels a lot) agreed. Everything was clean and new and nice!

A Mixture of Business & Pleasure
We found the hotel to be everything we expected and more. It was new and very clean. The sitting room and fully equipped kitchen were a plus. The "snacks" in the evening and complimentary breakfast in the morning made the cost of staying very reasonable. The only draw back was the 15-20 min drive downtown each morning where we were doing research.

Nicer than expected
We had 2 funerals to attend in 2 days; so, I searched for a resonably priced place to stay for 1 night. We saw the sign that said Hyatt Suites - my first clue. We opened the door to our room and were pleasantly surprised. The suites have a full sized fridge, dishwasher, a small cook top, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and a comfortable sitting area. All were in an open floorplan that made the room feel larger where ever you were. The room would make a comfortable apartment for 1 or 2 people. Breakfast was nice as well.

Comfortable Stay
Great place for our family. Yummy breakfast and the pool even with the snow was warm and inviting great for the whole family. Clean and comfortable.
