Budget base for snowboarding
A basic clean hotel for those on a budget. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room itself is pretty basic, no fancy TV (CRT!), just a little clock radio, coffee maker. Was hoping for a minifridge but our room did not have one. Showing its age, but its clean. Internet access was good, if you need to print there is a pay access outside, but airline checkin & printing boarding passess was free. Included breakfast also basic, but it gets the job done. One coin op washing machine & dryer on site. Pretty good location to hit most of the Utah snow resorts, cheap places to eat, shop.

Clean but hard to find at night!
Physically adjacent to exit 295, but challenging to access. Must drive past motel, take next intersection, left. However, you then drive BEHIND the Ford dealership and the "entrance" is the BACK of motel = NO SIGN! Can't find in the dark! Tub drain was completely clogged. Otherwise, very clean and staff is delightful!

Lagoon Amusement Park is 38 minutes drive north on I-15. Take first exit @ Rt. 89 interchange ON Rt. 89. Bring bathing suit and change of clothes AND SPARE SNEAKERS! Avoid weekends. Great day of relaxed fun for all ages.

Not a good experience
While place inside was nice and clean, its proximity to a night club couple 100 yards away was not good. Police had to come about a fight nearby at 12am, dog barked till 12:30 am, auto horn for another 10-15 minutes and booming from the drums until 2 pm. If I went there again, (which I would not) I would insist on a room on the opposite side from the Allure Club.

they were really friendly, ended up with an executive king suite at no extra cost room was clean definatly would stay there again

Black Mold!!
Nicely appointed, attractive hotel. Young lady at check in very freindly, helpful & polite. Room was clean & spacious but had odd smell in bath. Next morning getting ready to shower I found where the smell was coming from, Black Mold covering the bathroom ceiling. We didn`t take a shower or us the bath further. Ask for adjustment in rate but they could not because I had booked it thru [...]& would have to get any adjustments thru them. Still haven`t figured out how to go about doing that. I ask them to close the room until the problem was taken care of.

Very satisfied
This was my first stay at this hotel. I would definately recommend it. No problems. My only concern was my gps missed the turn by the Ford dealership so I ended up getting back on the highway and having to turn around. Not sure if there is a sign off 9000 directing the turn. Wifi was only available in the lobby. Would have been nice in the room. FYI I did not use the amenities or dining.
