Super 8 Salt Lake City Airport

How disappointing to be charged extra to stay in a non-smoking room when the reservation explicitly stated a smoke-free room was reserved.

I am very easy to please when it comes to hotel stays. As long as its just for a night. I needed a room just to stay the night because i had my flight at 705am. I had come from a long week w friends and Ski in Park City and i did not get there till 10pm. It was a quick and easy check in. The front desk employee asked all the right questions and was very professional. He gets 5 stars. as for the guy in the morning, didn't seem to pleasant. He had to tell me that the shuttle wasn't here yet and that he couldnt get a hold of dispatch. You'd think he would have tried harder to figure something out for me since i told him my flight was departing at 705 and it was just about 10mins to 6am. He ended up callin the holiday inn just across the street and that was very accommodating because they were there within 5minutes. made it to the airport just in time. anywho.. a single night stay w one person, id suggest it, but i would most definitely choose non-smoking and take the hike outside if you are a smoker. my fault. breakfast was out early before the time i was told it was served (complimentary) it was also not bad for free food. that was a plus because not thinking, I didn't bring anything to eat when i woke up.

stayed while bringing mother to airport. Requested crib and they didn't have one, then asked for ex pillows to make as barrior and was told only had 2! Needed change for $20 for vending machines and was given 8 ones, 2 rolls of nickels, 1 roll of dimes, 2 rolls of pennies and $3 quarters!! Pool was good! Front desk got mad when asking for more pool towels!

My "non-smoking" room smelled awful. Like it was a heavily smoked in room that they tried to mask with a strong chemical deodorizer. The "high speed" internet was the slowest online experience I have ever had. The breakfast was the typical cheap junk you would expect from a "cheap" motel. I had to get my key card reprogrammed each night that I came in late. Very frustrating to get locked out of, not only your room, but the entire building as well.

Looks like a decent place for the money. However when a guest had a severe internal pain and pretty much was dying on the floor in front of the reception and could barely talk, asked the clerk to call 911, clerk replied -"Your phone doesn't work?". How about that for a customer service?

It was inconvenient that there is no shops near the hotel. But it is good enough if you are going to just stay at night to get to the airport . They have free shuttle bus service from antd to the airport. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and gave us appropriate information.

Gossipy clerk at desk more interested in talking with co-workers than helping. Breakfast is really not worth attending. Clean room and good location, but "shuttle" needs work -- one calls when they arrive at the airport, and it takes 20-40 minutes to pick up.

only restaurant nearby was in the Comfort Inn. The rooms were clean and neat. Would use Super 8 again.

Room was clean and spacious. Quick and easy trip to the airport, making me a happy traveler. Front desk staff was great and very helpful both at check-in and check out w/boarding pass printout. I will stay here again.

The front desk staff during our check in was very helpful, with calling for shuttle,etc. The Hotel itself--we were very upset that there was no ABC station on the TV, this is a BASIC tv station. It was the night of the college football championship game. Had to go all the way to the Ramada Inn to see the game at their bar/restaurant. There's really nothing nearby, as far as restaurants, etc. Once you're there--you're stuck.
