SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport

clean bed, clean sheets, spacious room very modern and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was average. They did not refill bagels and other breads soon enough. Other than that stay was very good would definitely come back again. Very close to the airport.

Hotel is excellent when you're traveling and have to stay over for a night. Good service, swimming pool was good, fitness room was well organized. Beds were great, maybe even one of the best we had this journey!! Breakfast was good, nothing really special. Only thing which was bad, was the third bed, the sleeping couch. But to be very honest, wherever you stay that's always bad.

Compared to an experience we had over the 4th of July (not booked at Springhill suites), this stay was a breath of fresh air. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They even greeted our kids. The hotel was clean and our room was extremely comfortable. The beds were perfect. That's probably the best night's rest I've ever had while staying at a hotel. I'd definitely go again. It was nice to stay at a place where all my kids (4 of them) had a place to sleep. The best part was taking a dip in the pool that next morning. We'll definitely come again and may even stay a little longer next time. I honestly can't think of anything that we did not like.

PROS: The room was nice and somewhat modern, everything had an ikea look. It was tidy and well decorated. CONS: One of the most important aspects of a hotel - having a place to sleep - is obviously overlooked here. We were on the bottom floor and we constantly heard water from the upper floors draining through the walls. The hotel was not soundproof enough and we could hear the freeway as well. Additionally, and most problematic, was the fact our room was near the side entrance and the door shut loudly and forcefully waking us up everytime someone came or left. When we complained, the front desk clerk acknowledged they were aware of the problem because the foundation of the hotel had shifted affecting the door. But they refused to provide even as much as an apology for the problem.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family. As soon as you get to the lobby you're welcomed by friendly staff. We had a midnight check-in because our trip was delayed but the staff took care of us and had our room ready. The lobby decor is very modern and clean. The rooms were spacious and even came with a sofa bed. I had to fax some paperwork during our trip and the staff was very helpful and helped me send the fax so that I may enjoy the rest of my trip with my family. The breakfast was extremely good. They had variety. They aren't located to any shops or distractions but we had a car and knew our way around. This hotel is close to the airport.

We just landed from 16 hours of flying; we were tired, sore, and partially brain dead. With one phone call a van from the hotel was there within 15 minutes to pick us up. Check in was swift (we arrived close to midnight) and our room was large, quiet, climate controlled, and softly decorated with hues of turquoise and pumpkin. The bed was a big fluffy white cloud, that immediately put us to sleep.

Great hotel, great location, except you seem to be able to hear whats going on in other rooms a bit too much. The television quality is horrible if you are not on an HD selection with minimal channels overall. The internet would have random Speedburst throughout the day but was otherwise very poor access. Not good if you are a regular VPN user. Other than that I continue to stay here every trip. The rooms are very nice and relaxing and when you close the curtains you can black the room out if you sleep during the day or need to get to sleep earlier in the day.

very nice and curteous staff. Very pleasant place to stay. Their shuttle service to airport is excellent.

The hotel was conveniently located for easy driving to Salt Lake attractions. We particularly liked the division of the bathroom into two rooms. It made it much easier to share.
