It's OK for 1 or two nights
I stayed in this hotel as the one with my conference was sold out. It was a bit too far from the convention center to walk there. The hotel was all right but needs a few improvements. One, there was no water pressure in the shower. I had 2 very low pressure showers and that just isn't how I like to start my day. Second, the restaurant staff were not the best. Took a long time for service and it wasn't right- 2 times. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Distant view of the mountains was nice

One Night on the Town
We were in town for one night to attend a concert and found the hotel staff very helpful and the room comfortable. Housekeeping came early so remember to put your peace and quiet sign out on your doorknob if you don't want to be disturbed.

The room was really clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the balcony faces a brick wall. Why even bother providing a balcony that looks out to a solid wall.

Our First Trip to Salt Lake City
This was our first trip to Salt Lake City and our first stay at a Sheraton hotel. The hotel is in a gorgeous location and it was a beautiful experience. The employees were helpful and courteous. We had an outstanding time.

weekend get away
We showed up after the regular Check in time, they didn't have our rooms ready, so they wanted to put us in a double with no compensation. We waited a couple hours and they had it, by then we had to change and leave for our event. Also if you have a full size truck parking is tight, if you can find any. house keeping, was knocking on the door by 0700. And the room above us was noisy and woke us up while cleaning at 0530. But for the price I may go to best western, or Hampton, holiday inn express, always had good luck with those chains. The staff was rude, and uncourtious, they took four other people from back of line and made us wait. Thank u they took for
