Terrible!

The room next door to us was full of partying teenagers. They banged on the walls, were totally disruptive and we were up until 3:00 - 4:00 am! We complained to the front desk and nothing was done. The next day, we wanted to stay another night and were contemplating just finding another hotel. We called the front desk and asked if they could either comp the room for one more night or provide a discount. They denied to do so. I will NEVER consider ANY Ramada Inn, again.

Not Ramada Quality

We chose this hotel because it was RAMADA and it was in Sandy. Much to our surprise on Day 1 the toilet seat was splattered upon arrival and when I asked for coffee at the front desk I was told it would be ready shortly. Needless to say two hours later it would still be "ready shortly". We went out and got coffee. On Day 2 we had no face cloths but we were left with a partially uncleaned room and the cleaner's bucket of cleaning water and rags, Day 3 they were out of breakfast supplies and when I tried to get access to printing boarding passes, the computer was not working and no one at the front desk could help me as there seemed to be limited bandwidth. The only bright spot was Kimberly who was courteous and friendly and tried to her best with what she could do. Not a Ramada quality hotel at all!!!!

Shall we start with the surly desk clerk

1st the hotel "accidently" transferred 1/2 of our party to a different location. [...] at the last minute the hotel switched my 2Q room to a 1K - did not make me happy. Main light was out and was due to a known electrical problem which was not fixed in the 4 days we were there - implying it had been out for some time. Food (chips, etc) were left from previous guests - makes you wonder if the sheets were actually changed. While the dirty towels were taken away - only one towel was replaced and no wash cloths on the second day- had to go to the desk to ask for towels to shower on the 3rd day. Check-in clerk was surly and unpleasant, and observed the same demeanor from him on various days throughout the stay. Check out clerk was very pleasant. Why did I stay, I had prepaid and thankfully did not have to spend much time there. Will NOT return to Ramada.

Great room for a Great price

My extended fanily stayed here for a wedding...great price, but we were told we would have a smoking room-and Utah has done away with those 2 years ago! Other than that the front desk clerk [...]was awesome, the others, civil but not friendly

Nice beds, cheap TV

We got a two bed room for the price of a one bed room, but the TV was old and not that great, the breakfast was also pretty limited.

Better than expected-clean and neat

The hotel was clean and neat. I felt comfortable and had a good night's sleep. The only complaint I had was the price listed when I checked in was around $10 cheaper than what I paid for through [...]. The hotel manager said he doesn't know how much customer pay 3rd parties ([...]in this case). [...]

Disappointing

This place is great to use for a trip to Ikea. Unfortunately, in the past two years, the cleanliness has been dropping. It wasn't too clean in the first place, and keep in mind, I don't need things to be super clean, just acceptable. I asked for a light bulb replacement in the bathroom. "Sure, we can do that…" Never happened. I asked that the disgusting, bacteria-covered shower head be cleaned. "Oh sure, we'll take care of that." Not done. ALL this place needs is a very good cleaning. That's all, to take it from two stars to four.
