I was surprised by the lack of true value.
I expected that since I had gone through you I would be getting at least a "good" deal. I have been in better rooms for less than the $100 I spent. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel? I thought I had reserved a courtyard view. I got the parking lot facing 6th South (probably the busiest I-15 offramp) through some thin pine trees. Maybe they consider that a courtyard, but I don't. All I can think is that I got that kind of value because I booked through you. Consequently, I will be trying another service in the future.

Downtown Salt Lake is delightful to browse, and promises to be even better once the City Creek project opens up. Temple Square and the surrounding area also offers and provides so much to see and do. Wish I could have spent more time there. I will in the future.

SLC
The room was very clean and comfortable. Coffee was available in the room. Workout room was avalable from 4 AM to 11 PM: pool also available (not a lap pool). No free coffee in the lobby, no free continental breakfast. Half the price of the hotel (grand America) across the street. Good value for the $

The San Carlos Rover
good downtown SLC spot for a business stay
Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, great lobby - perfect for casual business meetings, nice bar, abundant/convenient parking, decent location (walking distance to Temple Square, right next to free way access, etc.), comfortable room, free wi-fi that worked quite well. Minor complaints: the food @ the coffee shop was mediocre, even for a SLC coffee shop, the room was noisy My advice to those who are sensitive to noise would be to avoid the rooms that face the street. The walls are thin & the traffic noise starts early.

A delightful Thanksgiving visit
My room was large, attractive and very comfortable. The hotel lobby and shops were very pleasant areas. Lots of children--and older folks, too--enjoyed the fire in the huge and cheerful lobby fireplace. The restaurant menus were extensive and I enjoyed several good breakfasts and other meals in both the main cafe and the Steakhouse. My visitors enjoyed having coffee in the Petite coffee bar in the lobby next to the fireplace.

Very Hard small bed.
We spent 15.00 to up grade to a King bed, we still ended up with a very hard queen bed in a very nice room. I'm sure the room was an up grade but not the bed which is what the most important thing was for us. Every thing else was great.
