Great overnight price

With the orbucks I got to stay for only 50 dollars. The room was clean but was in slight disrepair. The service was wonderful and the overall experience very good.

Needs an update

While the lobby of the hotel was very nice, when we walked outside, we found our room wasn't actually in the hotel. Our room was very outdated with the decor. It definitely needs a sprucing up. And I wished we had known our room wasn't in the hotel itself. The walking back and fourth, in formal wear, outside in a blizzard wasn't very fun.

Disorganized Front Desk

Little America is a beautiful hotel however, when we went to check in they could not find our reservation. Once they did they stated they didn't have a room but would move us to the Grand Hotel across the street. A manger was then sought for assistance who found a room in the tower at the little america. We finally got to our room after 20 minutes and it was beautiful. Perfect for our anniversary. 15 minutes later the phone rings from the front desk verifying we were in the room. Five minutes later the manger calls and explains that the room we were in was not supposed to be used because of plumbing issues. My wife had already used the shower. A new key was brought to us for another room on the same floor. We packed and moved to our new room. Nice but not as nice as the room we had just left. There was an empty wine box on top of the dressing cupboard that had not been removed. It was nice but the disorganization detracted from our stay. I hope this is not there normal operations.

noise

The hotel was nice, great location, great staff but the heater in our room either overheated or got freezing cold no matter what and when it finally got it right, there was an annoying thumping sound that would not let us sleep had to turn it off because it was so loud. It was 20 degrees out so thank goodness we brought extra blankets!!!

Old

Rooms are seperate from the main building, like a motel. we had 2 rooms and we had to come out on the street to go between rooms. Decor is old fashioned.

Fun family stay

The hotel was great. We stayed 1 night and wished we had stayed more. Location is great and there is plenty to do all around. I really enjoyed the pool and my kids loved the chocolates that they left on the bed for us.

Classy Hotel

I already wrote a review a couple of days ago!! Anyway, I really like this hotel. It was clean and classy. It's a little bit old but updated. The room was spacious and we really appreciated that there was a sink and vanity outside of the bathroom. My only complaint would be that there wasn't enough parking. We ended up using the valet because we couldn't find a place to park! However, it was a very busy time of year, so I'm not surprised. They shouldn't allow people who aren't staying at the hotel to use the lot during busy times.
