Very clean. The breakfast was nice and kept well stocked and clean. The front desk staff was very limited. Never out in ... front, you had to always ring the bell. The pool was wonderful and warm, but there were no towels and when we used the phone to call the front desk we were told that they did not have enough staff to leave and bring towels to the pool area. We had to go and get our own towels.

We had a better stay this time because we didn't hear any airplanes. I think being on the second floor helped. One drawback ... is that they don't have their own restaurant or entertainment. I would stay there again.

Clean hotel but bad location for tourist
sotojournalist Oct 5, 2009
Hotel was very clean, and front office staff very attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious- angled doorways ... to help create a wide open feel. And the shower drain wasn't clogged like I've seen at so many hotels in my travels! Breakfast: DIY waffle station, fresh fruit, pastries and the like typical of continental breakfasts- plenty of variety for my 2-day stay. However, this hotel and others in the "airport" location is not for the tourist-it's in a business park so you have to drive about 10-15min just to get to the start of downtown SLC. With gas and other costs, it's worth paying more to stay inside SLC. Gets to be a pain after a while. So much of SLC is new, so tons of new hotels, many under construction right now(9/09). If you're touring around, then you should get a hotel closer to where you intend to launch from.

Clean, nice, reasonably priced hotel
don't have one Sep 7, 2009
The staff was professional though not overly friendly. It was very convenient how close the hotel is to the airport. I have ... to eat gluten-free so there wasn't too much I could eat at the breakfast but I am used to that and always make sure I carry food with me. The beds seemed to sag a little in the middle. The room decor is nice and was very clean.
