Convenient location for quick family trip
Convenient location, helpful hotel staff, wonderful daily breakfast buffet. Nice room layout with comfortable beds, large sitting area and big screen tv. Staff bent over backwards to assist guests. Current construction makes location difficult to access via car, but not too much of a problem on foot. Stone's throw from free downtown metro service. Only negative issue we had was getting our room serviced by housekeeping. Apparent mixup in housekeeping schedules required us to call numerous times to get housekeeping to freshen up the room and provide fresh towels.

The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. If you needed something, all you had to do was ask. The first thing after check-in was the staff gave me a tour of the hotel.

short weekend trip
all in all good the only real down part was to park in thier parking lot was $10.00 a night only there one night but would have been nice if it was just free like everywhere else, nice rooms very clean

Great Staff & Location
My wife and I had a great stay. The staff was great. Jason at the front desk took good care of us. The room was clean and modern with great amenities and a unique design. Large walk-in shower and room divider were features I've never seen in a hotel room before. The best part was it's location to the Gateway Shopping Center, just to the north and within walking distance. We also walked to the TRAX platform and rode the public transportation system within the "free" zone. Great stay!

Great new hotel
The staff were so responsive, courteous and helpful. Great spot to stay. The only issue is the construction outside, but I understand that is to be done soon and it did not disturb my sleep or anything. Just a big of walking around the work.

Great Hotel for a great city
Everything about this hotel was great from the lobby to the room to the breakfast. The location was convenient to the Gateway and the Red Iguana. I loved that I could get something to eat or drink at any time of night or day. The room was beyond my expectations for the great deal we got. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Salt Lake City.
