Nicest Staff Ever!!!
The staff I must say was so incredibly nice and helpful with directions to sites, about the train; and even took the time to ask about how my marathon race was when I walked in afterwards. The location to the airport made it fast and cheap. The mall next door with shopping, eating and a movie theater was nice and a quick walk to see all the Mormon temple and museums as well.

The Mormon history of the church museum is worth checking out no matter what religion you are. Also must go check out the archives. They will assist you in searching your family's genealogy. Some of the nicest people anywhere.

Overall Great Experience
The room was well laid out and very comfortable. The parking lot is small, but you can use your room key to park in the adjacent lot for the mall. I will be staying here again.

Good hotel
Very nice large clean room, friendly staff. Rather convenient location, easy to get to and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was OK. Overall, pretty good value, I would stay there again

Nice after Christmas vacation
Really good location, close to everything downtown, a train station right there as well as a ski bus stop that went to some mountain resorts. Staff tried to give us a room with a king bed instead of 2 queen beds as requested and blame it on a third party booking agent. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Central location
This is the second time I have stayed here and the room was just as good as the first time. Comfortable beds, very pleasant staff and the location makes it convenient for shopping at the two best malls in downtown Salt Lake as well as other attracions offered here.

Excellent Location and quality
Went for Jazz game, excellent location to walk. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and good at what they do. Room was perfect, spacious, cozy, and the bed was amazing.

A quick stopover was wonderful!
Front desk staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room was impeccable and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice breakfast options - a step above the standards. Will definitely seek out Hyatt Place Hotels in the future.
