Great value price location near SLC center
Good place to overnight on walking distance from the center of SLC. I experienced appopriate support at the front desk for several questions. Clean, enough confort for the price. My rates are given relative to the price.

Adequate, nothing fancy
We chose HoJo Express because it was one block away from the Arena Station of SLC's light rail system. It's also walkable to Temple Square. Another plus was the free shuttle van to/from SLC Airport. The room wasn't huge but was OK. The bathroom was supplied with face towels as well as the normal large bath towels. The place was clean enough, but you could tell it wasn't a brand new hotel. The free breakfast consisted of cereals, toast, fruit, and pastries - good enough until lunchtime.

Walk to the light rail station (Arena Station) and catch a trolley going east, disembarking at City Center Station (entire ride is within the fare-free zone), at which you'll find a large shopping mall anchored by Macy's inside the old ZCMI building. Various bars/restaurants can be found within a block's distance.

Great for saving money, without compromising confort
I stayed one week and went snow skiing everyday. When I returned, my room was clean, bed made, bathroom immaculately clean, and it was peaceful. I felt secure due to their security and on site staff. The Breakfasts were very satisfying and I was very pleased with the food, the hotel's location, the clean rooms and the very friendly staff. For the money, it was perfect. I'll be back.

Howard Johnson Express
Well located near Temple Square. Staff was friend- ly, rooms were clean and large, everything worked well. The continental breakfast was barely adequate, but this hotel is an excellent bargain. Good value, would recommend to a friend.

came as tourists. the hotel staff was very friendly and informative. originally picked this hotel because it said they had refrigerators in the room. ours didn't but that was ok. really close walking distance to the sights and to the rail system.

Hotel man
decent motel
The hotel was pretty good. Rooms were a bit dated but it had everything we needed, lots of towels, shampoo, condition, etc. Breakfast was okay, didnt have a waffle maker or anything like that, but they had cereals, toast, etc. Biggest complaint is that the pillows were too fluffy/tall. I like my pillows to be a bit more flat and they were super puffy pillows. But overall a decent stay

I AM MONAVIE
Great value, very nice for the price
Location was fantastic, easy walk to the Convention Center. The place was very nice and clean and well kept up with a nice pool. Great value! Would definitely stay again.
