Very nice rooms, extremely comfortable beds and pillows! Heating in the room was a little off (couldn't get it to work ... right, so it was either a little warm or a little cool). Really great soaps and lotions (Bath and Body Works)! Very good quality for the price!

Enjoyed our stay. We were flying to Cancun the next day. They have a shuttle to the airport and they let you leave your car ... in the parking lot for up to 2 wks without a charge. When we reurned we called the hotel and they had a return shuttle to the airport in about 10 min. I needed to go to the store before we left for Cancun. The hotel clerk printed out directions to the nearest store for me. We will most likely stay at the Holiday Inn again when we are traveling.

If you don;t want to eat at the hotel stop on the way.I had no car as I was being driven by local salesperson and had about 1/2 mile walk to get food as hotel restaurant wasn't open until 6PM

My husband works out of town, and we only get to see each other once a month when I fly to wherever he is. This month it was ... Salt Lake City, UT. We chose this Holiday Inn because of the great location and price. We were not too thrilled with the unfriendly staff, but our room was wonderful. It was very clean and modern and felt like a more expensive hotel.

When I travel on business, I typically look for "one-stop shop" accomodations. The Holiday Inn and Suites Airport West ... provided everything that I needed during my stay, beginning with a pleasant, helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to others with travel plans to Salt Lake City.

My husband and I found the room temperature to be perfect - we usually feel smothered in hotel rooms. The beds and bedding ... were great - even a choice of pillows. The restaurant service was prompt and professional. While the food was not gourmet it was satisfying and tasty. The staff were accomodating and courteous.

I liked the Hotel. sOn the last night of my stay I put a call into room service about 6pm, left a message and never heard ... back. Not even when I checked out the following day. Its a good place but I think they are short staffed or overwhelmed - one of the two.

Newer hotel with all the bell's & whistle's. Perfect location for the SLC airport with an airport shuttle available at any ... time. Very helpful staff that was alway's plesant. You are however, limited to the hotel dining & lounge. Unless you have a way to drive the 15 miles into Salt Lake. I will probably stay there again while using the SLC airport.
