Very good business and family hotel
Nice large rooms, good free internet, nice tv with lots of Directv channels, free parking, good staff, good location, good all the way around. They have a hot breakfast but I didn't take advantage of it because I don't eat breakfast but my family does when they travel with me and they like it. I was on a business trip this time.

Short drive from the 6th South exit off of I-15 or to get back on 1-15, the hotel is within 3 blocks after getting off the exit road but it's still in the downtown section.

Best hotel you've never heard of =)
Short and sweet........ Friendly staff - Clean hotel. Great hot breafast buffet included with rate. Scrabbled eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc - replenished often even with heavy guest traffic. 1/4 mile walkig distance to several downtown restuarants. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Parking can be a tad scarce if checking in late - they will give you a receipt to put on your dashboard to park in a connecting lot.

A Dark and Rainy Night....
We checked in to this hotel during a thunderstorm. The power was out in the hotel, so we were given glow sticks to get around with. Unfortunately, they also gave us the wrong room key, much to the surprise of the older couple in bed! Fortunately we finally got the correct room key, but it didn't work for us the next morning. The power finally came back on about 11:30 or 12 that night. Overall, the staff was very helpful, the room was very roomy, and the breakfast was one of the better ones.

We love the Crystal Inn. It is the perfect location for what we need..Breakfast is good, rooms are clean. We dont stay anywhere else!

Quick Trip
Great hotel for a quick trip to SLC. Price, location, etc..were great. Good breakfast. One tip...get a room on the top floor. We were on the first and there was a lot of noise above us.

Family friendly stay!
The stay was great for our family. Continental breakfast was great, and our kids really enjoyed the pool. Our rooms were nice and clean. The hoyel was minutes from all of the activities we had planned. We would stay here anytime we are in Salt Lake City.

Dancin' Grandma
Clean and comfortable
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator in our room. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The one thing I didn't like was waiting 30 minutes in line for breakfast on Saturday morning.
