Just needed a place to land for the night

Arriving after dark, it would have been VERY helpful to have lights on stating the name of the hotel. No soap in room, had to call front desk for some. The building felt old and musty and is need of an update. Price was ok for a quick one night say. Will stay there again, but only in a pinch.

Good for the price

It was as I expected, no surprises. Room was good, comfortable, with good heating, clean bathrooms, just a little trash items behind the desk not cleaned up, but the fridge was excellent for our needs, to keep our medication cool, TV was good, and the rooms were large and roomy. Restaurant was okay, could improve but was available late at night. Staff was excellent and friendly and location was perfect to attend our meetings. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

My husband arrived first and was able to relax and use the free WiFi and watch some TV before meeting me at the airport (nice and close). It was late when we got there from the airport but the bartender was very nice and we were able to get a snack from the kitchen and a drink before going to bed for a restful (quiet) night. Thank you.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

The trip was a motorcycle world travel event. The location of the motel was excellent. The motel however was not. There was no swimming, hot tub or sauna, they were shut down. The motel did not offer breakfast free, only coffee which was strong from hours of brewing. The building was old and dirty. I will not stay there again.

STAY AWAY - FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS!!!

THIS REVIEW MAY BE LENGHTHY - BUT DEFINITELY WORTH YOUR ATTENTION!!!!!!! Our night here was the most horrible experience we have ever had in any hotel. There was a large group of individuals on our floor who played loud music, ran through the halls yelling, and pounding on doors until about 2:00 A.M. When I called the front desk they said they would have someone "check it out". That did not happen. To compound the disaster, I emailed Ramada customer service with my complaint. I received a vuocher offer (like I would consider staying there again). At the same time I contacted the manager at the hotel. He said he was aware of the problem, and that the group of people who were there had stayed before and had a tendency to get out of control. He said he would reimburse us in full for our stay. In repeated calls and emails to him he continued to say the check would be mailed. After three months I again contacted Ramada customer support and the response was another voucher offer and a refusal to honor the manager's guarantee. Needless to say, I did not accept the offer and am getting some satisfaction in writing this review in hopes of saving other travelers from similar experiences. There are a number of other hotels adjacent to the airport. Avoid the Ramada!

Very Bad Night and Poor Management

Young adults ran up and down the hallway until about four in the morning banging on the doors. After calling the front desk, nothing changed! We contacted Management by phone and was informed they knew of the problem guests and agreed that a total refund was warranted. For 90 days we have been promised that the check was in the mail. Todate we have received nothing. We will never stay at this hotel again, and due to Ramada's management promises that were out and out lies we will think twice about any other Ramada or sister hotels

sad stay

the description of the Ramada said that they had a microwave and a mini fridge, which was wrong. the front desk said they would give me another room on the other side of the hotel. the only problem with that was there was no elevators and I had several bags. and the "other room" did not have a king bed. Needless to say I thought this hotel to be below average at best and if i had a choice again i would not stay at this location.
