All in all, this was a great hotel. The pool is in a great location, right in the heart of the hotel. We were not able to ... use the spa while there. The room we slept in had been recently updated, and the room was very nice. They have a in-hotel resturant... we enjoyed a fulfilling FREE breakfast. I would take my family there again.

I had the opportunity to eat at the hotel which was not an exceptional experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ... The room was average, but the price was right. Many flight crews were there, so I assume the higher up rooms were better (I was on the first floor).

I arrived late at night and was tired. I was impressed with the friendly helpful staff from the shuttle pick up to being ... checked in. My room was very clean, quiet, welcoming and the bed was wonderful!!!!! It was close to many attractions and public transport was available right out side the door. The restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices and I enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast served each morning by the friendly staff. I will most definitely stay here again.

The service was friendly and helpful, however the rooms are slightly dated and worn. The bed was very comfortable and has ... been updated with a pillow top mattress. The hotel is located close to the airport so you can hear some noise from the planes but it didn't really bother me once I was asleep. I dined in at The Palms Restaurant, which is located in the lobby, but would not recommend it. The menu was limited and the food was inferior in quality. Most items are prepackaged instead of freshly prepared, including the salads.

It is very close to the airport and offers shuttle service which is convenient. It is ideal for someone flying in or out of SLC who needs a room for one night. It is in a remote location so don't expect to be close to anything else other than the airport.

Overall the stay was as advertized with about the best bed of any hotel I have stayed at. But, at breakfast I found a coffee ... ring in my cup...........near the bottom.......after I had drunk half. The cup had not been washed. That ruined a good stay.

This hotel provided easy access to the airport for an early morning flight out of SLC. There was a small charge to leave my ... car at the hotel while we were gone for 12 days. We received a free shuttle back to the hotel when we returned. It was a perfect match for what we needed.

The hotel has a restaurant but we decided to take a short walk down the street to another. There were dining options, albeit few, within walking distance.

The shuutle to the airport was very convenient. We had three members of the family flying out at different times. We were ... able to turn in the rented car the night before and not worry about getting to the airport.

The only negative was that the room cards lost their "program" 4 or 5 times which was frustrating - had to go back to the ... front desk to have them re-programmed. Otherwise the facility was nice and reasonable - maids were excellent.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel in the past year. Now we're ready to share our little secret. Super comfy beds, great ... restaurant breakfast, showers that actually have water pressure, and a reasonable price. Also, close to downtown and the airport. Not your kind of place if you're looking for luxury, but will most likely meet all your needs.

My wife and I needed a hotel close to the Salt Lake City Airport in order to get a good night's sleep before we flew back ... home the next morning. When we first walked into our room, the stuffy heat hit us pretty hard as the air had not been turned on prior to our check-in. With one small air conditioner unit under the window, it stayed pretty hot all night even having it on full blast to try and get it cooled down in the room. Also, everything is out in the open in the room. The shower/tub is right there at the end of the bed with a curtain - very strange layout with no privacy. The toilet is in a tiny little "closet" with hardly any room. If it wasn't right next to the airport, I don't think we would have stayed there.
