Super 8 Richfield UT

I had requested a handicap accessible room for my 80-year-old, blind, arthritic mother. It was noted on my ack., but the hotel denied knowledge and refused to change her room. [...]The rooms were comfortable, clean except someone should buy them a vacuum cleaner. None of the staff, although very pleasant, spoke English well enough to communicate. Questionable whether or not I will patronize [...] this hotel [...] again.

Arrived at the hotel late at night after driving for several hours only to be greeted by one of the rudest front desk employees ever! Even though I had already paid additional money for two queen beds when I booked the reservation, he refused to check us in unless we paid him an extra $20!! The hotel was dirty and the service was horrible, there was no way I was giving them more money. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get ahold of [...]so we left and drove across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn Express. It cost a little more but is a beautiful hotel with very friendly service!

The hotel was clean and comfotable. It is right next to a very nice family restaurant. The room had a microwave and refridgerator although the refridgerator wasn't working. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed overnight on the way through the western states to California. We just expected a room with a bed & bathroom, but to our delight, we also had a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and WiFi Internet access! Even with a name brand hotel in Las Vegas, we didn't get this much. It was an excellent surprise because it didn't say these ammenities were included. There was also a continental breakfast for us in the morning with hot Belgian waffles, cereals, toasts/muffins, and hot and cold drinks--one more plus not mentioned on the ad. There was another added bonus, we had over an hour of fireworks in the sky outside our window delayed due to rain the previous night.

Easy access to freeway and dining. Staff was accessible and friendly.

Great Staff. Clean room. Great location for access to the Freeway. I have family in Richfield and when I go back to visit I will for sure stay here again

Not very pleased with the service.

Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff couldn't ask for a better reception. Plan on staying their again. Room was very clean beds were comfortable!!!!

Super 8 Motel - Richfield, RICHFIELD, UT Good, safe and quite hotel on I-70. Breakfast could use some fruit, other selections. But is a good place for a quik rest. Does have nice views.
