Not very Welcome

The hotel staff at the front desk seemed preoccupied with everything except making me feel welcome upon my arrival. I was not greeted with a smile, rather, I felt as though I was a bother to the person at the front. I was paying them money!

Better than some, worse than others...

Was in Richfield for 7 days working construction on a new home. Motel was decent and comfortable for the most part. The only dissapointment was the didn't supply fresh soap, shampoo, plastic ice bags and didn't vacuum thoroughly during daily service. Other than that, was better than other motels i've stayed at in Richfield! Loved the staff, as they were VERY friendly and helpful...

Good for the price

The location off the intersate is very convenient. For a one night stay it was worth the price we paid. The only problem we had was that the tub didn't drain.

great, inexpensive hotel

We stayed in Richfield twice; once on our way to CA and once on the way back. We were just looking for a clean, quiet room to sleep and a decent breakfast the next morning. We stayed an another inexpensive hotel during our first stop, and we not really impressed. So--we decided to try Best Western on our way back. What a great choice! We arrived late (midnight) and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were able to sleep quietly until 8am the next morning. Our 2 children (3 and 7 years) ate a good breakfast; there was cereal choices, as well as waffles, muffins, bagels and fresh FRUIT! After we left, my 7 year old left her shoes in the room so we had to go back. The front desk knew immediately who we were and had the shoes ready! The Best Western was a HUGE improvement over the other close-by hotel. If we travel through Richfield again, we will choose to stay at the Best Western. Great hotel for the price!!

Right off the highway...perfect

Right off the highway...perfect for us. Friendly staff. Garbage in the room wasn't emptied from the previous guest...but then we didn't complain at the desk either--I'm sure they would have taken care of it--we were too tired.
