Good value for the money
Easy to find, right off the freeway. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a mall. The building is older but in good shape. There was only one person at the desk, and she got a little overwhelmed trying to help a line of people, but remained courteous and helpful. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, though nothing special. It was what we expected for the price. Nice unexpected amenities were a refrigerator and microwave oven. There serve an OK but nothing special free breakfast buffet. Overall we felt we got what we paid for and would stay there again.

Ruby Tuesday restaurant is attached to the hotel. Sizzlers is across the street, several others nearby. A mall also within easy walking distance. BYU is a short drive away if you're visiting town for an event there, as we did.

Disappointing
several things contibute to this not being up to par with the price paid for this lodging. Maintenance is very lacking. The wifi didn't work in our room. The iron needs repaired. The ironing board holder is broke. The closet door need repaired. The vent fan in the bathroom is not functioning. The remote for the tv needs a battery.

Best Deal on Earth
Come on... if you are not spending a lot of time in your room, then this is the place. Great hot breakfast in the morning (real eggs and real bacon). Clean room, friendly staff. For the price... we're back next time. Walking distance to Mall and fast food and sit down restaurants.

Clean & comfortable
We went out to dinner to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. the only complaint we had, were some noisy kids next door, but it did'nt ruin our stay. the staff was courteous as usual with LaQuinta inns. It was quite comparable, that's why we chose LaQuinta.

Mediocre
Slightly seedy. Key cards not reliably read to enter side doors or room door. TV antenna needed reinstalling. Not in center of town as name indicate but on far southern outskirts.

Satisfied customer
This was my second stay at the LaQuinta in Provo. It is clean and updated. Breakfast was good, prompt and had a good variety- especially for travelers with dietary needs (g-free). The fitness room was very small, and its bike was not in working order. Otherwise, this hotel was a very nice place to stay for a week. The attached restaurant helped, too, in addition to location to a mall and mini-mart.

Uneventful stay, which is how I like it.
Everything was pretty much how I expected it; clean rooms, comfortable beds. An unexpected pleasure was their continental breakfast, which actually served good-tasting buffet-style hot items. The only negatives I have are that the TV remote control had apparently been broken and taped back together, meaning it didn't work very well; and the exercise bike in the fitness room didn't work.
