Overall it was a good experience
Location was easy to find off the freeway, the service staff was helpful we were only there for a few hours while we travelled through Provo. The only complaints that i have about the room was that two queen beds the one closest to the restroom was literally ten inches from the wall. I kicked the wall every time i went to get out of bed, and the snow removal from the parking lot was none. the staff did offer to help clean my car off.

The staff was pretty friendly and the room was clean. Hotel is very close to a mall and restaurants. The room seemed a little on the small side though.

Very happy
I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were in town for a quick two day visit. We left Utah to drive back to California at 4:00am. Even though breakfast wasn't due to be served until later in the morning, the desk clerk offered to get us breakfast sandwiches to go. Very kind of him to offer.

The location is not so good,bc it's far from the downtown,but it's a nice hotel...

Idaho couple
too bad so sad.
room waqs nice, but LOUD! The promised hot breakfast bar with eggs, bacon etc turned out to be waffles (we had to hunt down a staff member to get them to fill the waffle batter), some horrible tasting "syrup", stale packaged "pastries", Green banannas, and cold cereal, and when we asked about the eggs and bacon, we were informed they were "out". The evening staff when we checked in was pleasant and friendly, the day staff were not helpful and seemed busy chatting among themselves, rather than helping guests. Parking lot and walkways were ice covered and dangerous, very little was done to de ice. Would not go back.
