Very happy
I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were in town for a quick two day visit. We left Utah to drive back to California at 4:00am. Even though breakfast wasn't due to be served until later in the morning, the desk clerk offered to get us breakfast sandwiches to go. Very kind of him to offer.

Unbeatable location for the price

Idaho couple
too bad so sad.
room waqs nice, but LOUD! The promised hot breakfast bar with eggs, bacon etc turned out to be waffles (we had to hunt down a staff member to get them to fill the waffle batter), some horrible tasting "syrup", stale packaged "pastries", Green banannas, and cold cereal, and when we asked about the eggs and bacon, we were informed they were "out". The evening staff when we checked in was pleasant and friendly, the day staff were not helpful and seemed busy chatting among themselves, rather than helping guests. Parking lot and walkways were ice covered and dangerous, very little was done to de ice. Would not go back.

My second floor and room had extreme chlorine smell from pool. slept with heat on window open. breakfast ok.

fantastic getaway for the price
the people were friendly and very helpful. We asked for suggestions for dinner and they gave us some good tips.The indoor hot tub and pool was just the right trick after a very long drive.

Great service
Was in town running the 1/2 marathon. The buses left at 3:30 am, so the great staff had breakfast set out for us at 3:00 am. The Manager was the person putting out the food for us. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and even though it is close to the freeway it is quiet. Close to a HUGE mall and several restaurants. Thanks for the great trip.....
