Good location and price
Nice hotel with many good restaurants within walking distance. Also a good distance from the university as well as a state park and other scenic areas. Standard amenities (continental breakfast, small shampoos, in room coffee maker etc). Staff was courteous. Overall enjoyed the stay.

CottonTree Inn
Only had time to get a night's sleep. Hotel did provide a good night's sleep and an enjoyable breakfast.

Sweet hotel and great location
The hotel is at a great location. There are a plenty of restaurants and retail shops around. It's not far from the highway, if you need to get quickly out of the town. The hotel was very quiet. I liked a lot the breakfast buffet. The hot buffet had everything we were looking for at a breakfast.

Friendly, but needs some help.
Our room was comfortable, but the linen on one of the beds was totally worn out. The sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress the mattress cover elastic wouldn't stay on either. The air conditioner had a terrible noise so we didn't use it although we would have like to have the air circulating. The person said it was an older motel, and that's fine, but they need to keep up on the maintenance and replace linen when needed.
