Grand Summit
The staff is first class all the way. There isn't a bad veiw in the resort. The two room suites are a bit on the pricy side, but are in great shape. My only complaints are: 1. The knifes were not sharp 2. One of the refridgerator door shelves was broken 3. Windows could be opened, but without screens 4. Price per night could be more reasonable, especially during off season. No transp to down town - if you want to party, better bring some extra cash for a cab - BTW $20.00 each way 5. Onsite parking is $16/night, unless you like to hike to and from your hotel to gravel lots about a 1/4 mile away. What was great: 1.. THe staff bent over backwards to ensure you did not go for wanting 2. Sumer concerts 3. Close enough to the downtown, but far enough away from the histle and bustle 4. Excellet rooms for family and couples

Great resort & vacation spot
We had a great vacation at the Grand Summit. The accommodations were perfect; clean, roomy, quiet. There were numerous activities right on-site and even more close by. The staff were all wonderful. The whole family took mountain biking lessons and the trainers were terrific. We would definitely go back.

Family Get Together
Hotel was comfortable and well located. Room had plumbing issues and no lights in the bedroom upon arrival. We had requested two rooms adjoining (or least near eachother) but were put on different floors (eventhough the hotel was half empty. The one bedroom suite was spacious.

fabulous birthday at the canyons
we went to utah for the first time Jan 12, 2012. the snow was sad...least amount of snow fall for december on record! but they were making snow and we were able to ski anyway. i dont think we were able to get the true "UTAH" ski experience but we made the best of it! the hotel was absolutely amazing!! when we checked in i noticed that we were in a handicap room that only had a shower...i knew i would need a long hot soak in the tub when i got off the slopes. they moved us with no problem. everyone was so nice and so ready to help in every way.

Great Stay
Second time staying at the Grand Summit. I love the access to the skiing right out the door. The hot tubs and pool are great for relaxing after a day of skiing. Only a short drive from Park City where we enjoyed some great dinners and shopping.

Grand Summit Park City
The hotel, staff and amenities were very good, but not where did it say they would be under construction and many of the facilities were closed for the fall season. We did enjoy Park City!

Ski in - ski out - I'm coming back!
We stayed in a one bedroom that had a fully working kitchen -and a real coffee pot. Walk outside and there is the ski lift. Walk to the next complex and rent skis. Child care there is amazing- first time we ever left our six month old and they were great. Typical resort food- mediocre at best - but its ok. The staff is probably the nicest and most accommodating staff you will find (better than Four Seasons and The Ritz). I'm coming back - great place
