Top notch service
Excellent value. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and look really new, although the style is in keeping with a rustic ski lodge. Great breakfast and the complimentary hotel shuttles (brand new Cadillac Escalades) will take you into downtown Park City.

not what I paid for
so we got to the hotel late and the staff was willing to help. but we got the wrong room and they couldn't get us in another room until the next day... We saw pictures and descriptions on orbitz for a room with a balcony and hot tub... we didn't get either. all and all, the staff was ok. there's no breakfast, we were given the wrong room. basically we thought we were paying good money for a good room, we overpaid. I would've rather been in a motel 6

perfect place to stay and ski
The Hotel is located very near the base of Deer Valley ski resort, you could walk, but the free shuttle is too easy. This Hotel also offers free shuttle service to any location in town. Resturants, shopping, and site seeing are easy to get to and from. No need for a car. The hotel service was great. We had a traditional hotel room, but next time will get a suite. They had a kitchen and a hot tub on the decks for each room. The main pool was also great, 2 hot tubs and a heated pool with slide....even on the coldest winter days:)

our two bedroom unit was clean and nicely furnished. Enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony which had a view of the Deer Valley mountain. Shuttle buses were a quick one minute ride to the base lodge for skiing. fitness center was okay, although somewhat small and in the basement. Other than that, no complaints. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great vacation.

very nice place
I was very pleased with the room. Very nice clean and comfortable. I didnt like the pillows, they were way to big and it was hard to sleep. It was nice they provided robes and had a small fridge with various kitchen items in the room. I realy liked the outdoor pool and hot tub that was the best part of my stay relaxing in the evening at the pool and hot tube.
