Just okay

Only for the promotional "mud season" price is it an okay value. There was no chair in the room nor a desk/work surface. Had to sit on the bed. The hotel's TV system didn't work. After an hour + of fussing, getting poor help from staff, a fellow showed up in the room and said the instructions I was given were wrong. He could not make it work & found the entire hotel was "down". There was snow on the sat dish. When I left two days later they'd still not removed the snow. Park City and snow are normal!

Nice Place

This is a nice hotel and in an excellent location. Everything was great other than the housekeeping staff which entered our room twice per day waking me up more than once. I thought telling them I didn;t need or want service might have taken care of the problem, but no. Another staff came in an hour later. This happened every day we were there- very annoying! Short of that, the place was great.

Average Experience

The rooms at this location vary GREATLY. I went with a group and my room was very average and a little dated (VHS players, small TVs, old furniture) Another person in my group had a BEAUTIFUL open modern room. It's a gamble. For the price its worth it.

Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately the hot tub jets didnt work. No staff at desk after 5pm. No bar/restaraunt on site at this hotel. the good: big rooms comfy when staff was there very friendly. Overall good probly better during peak ski times as we were there during season change and shutdown.

Good place for skiers.

Good for an affordable and short ski trip - a very close to lifts, ski equipment rent on premises. Do not expect any pampering or fancy amenities.

Did not know what to expect

Although this is an older hotel, it is nice and the location is good. The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. As it was the off season, we almost had the hotel to ourselves. The price we got through Orbitz was pretty incredible.
