Great location, but not what expected

It was very peaceful and the people were very friendly. It was with in walking distance to the outlet mall which was wonderful but the check in desk was so far and we were not given very good directions on finding it. The room was supposed to be one queen bed but it had a queen and a twin in the same room. The kitchen appeared clean but most of the dishes were dirty and the bed was very questionable. most of the lights didnt work and we couldnt get either of the TVs to work as well. The hot tub was very clean and worked wonderful and all of the residents were very nice and parking was very close.

Horrible Horrible Horrible NOT a 4 star

First of all check in is several miles away from unit, (yes you have to drive) very inconvenient. When you sat on the couch dust flew out. Carpet was filthy and everything was old and out dated and falling apart. The worst stay i have ever had and the pics on the internet are nothing like what the place offers. This is so far from a four star its not even funny. was meant to be a mother daughter night with my three girls but was afraid to touch anything, what ever you do don't stay here, no matter how good the deal.

Good value

We were moved to Crestview which was very roomy and very close to the outlet mall. It was comfortable, and quiet. The ONLY thing I didn't like was that they only give you one key to access the building, you also need it to go to the pool and fitness area, and underground parking. With two people coming and going, in different directions (this was a working vacation) this became a real hassle. Otherwise it was very nice. We will try to book this location again on our next trip up there.

A place to stay.. not fancy but not bad!

Decent place for an overnight stay. Convenient location. In desperate need of updating! The price was right for what you get. Be prepared for a run around (litterally, have to travel to affiliate propoerties due to no front desk on site) and confusing process just to get checked in, especially if you are checking in after hours!

Worst Night of Sleep Ever

This was one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had. The bed, which was only a double instead of the reserved queen, felt like a cinderblock. A foam pad had been added to it to attempt and make it better -- but it didn't help. We had slept on a floor a few weeks earlier when visiting family and the floor at least had more space. Both my husband and I were up at 3 am because we were so uncomfortable. We finally gave up and moved to the couch where we got a rough nights rest. To top it off, the place felt dirty and needed serious updating. We decided to leave after the first night, despite the fact that we'd paid for two. When we told the woman at the check out desk about out experience, she literally said nothing. She stared at us as if we were a nuisance, so we finally said goodbye and she simply said "Thank you." So in short: Reservations were not met (wrong bed size -- a double is hard to fit when one of you is 6'4" tall), place felt unclean, and the bed was rock hard, the staff was rude -- and after emailing the company we've still heard nothing back. I would never recommend staying at this place -- no matter what the price.

"Fun Mini Vacation"

We were able to cook our own meals in the kitchen that the condo had. This saved us a lot of money being able to make our own meals and not spending it all on eating out. With the extra money we saved we were able to do fun and enjoyable activities in the park city area.
