Nice Stay for the Price
J&R Oct 29, 2009
We stayed here for our anniversary and thought it was nice for the price. Rooms were small but clean. Unfortunatley there was ... not a fridge or microwave, but there was a coffee maker. The restraunts on the premises were alright, we arrived late and it was convenient for a quick bite. Noticed the second night there were alot of kiddos and noise around. But not too loud that it made stay uncomfortable. Overall ok place.

Nice to have dining so close, but quality (steak cold) not the best. We visited the hotel lounge and drinks were so so. (flat soda and beer)

Satisfied
Jen Oct 19, 2009
The hotel staff was friendly, the room including the bathroom was very clean. Furnishings are average. We didn't swim ... because it was pretty cold, but then we found out that the pool is also indoors, our lack of attention to detail. The beds are comfortable, linens were clean. I would stay there again.

The hotel is a great value for Park City. It was reasonably clean and the amenities just right for the price. To be able to ... stay right on Park Avenue next to the golf course and a short distance from all the resorts and downtown Park City attractions was a tremendous benefit.

Horrible hotel
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Sep 27, 2009
This hotel is really unclean. We stayed for two nights and hated it the whole time. The rooms were very dirty, and the air ... conditioning was broken. The pool was gross it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The beds were probably about 20 years old, and really uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the guests t.v. above us all night long. When we got in the room the cups that were set out for water were dirty, and they had lipstick all over them from the previous guest. We requested that our room be cleaned and it took 4 hours til they showed up. It was a horrible hotel! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
