OK Value Near Ogden

Good location on the north side of Ogden. Staff was average, didn't seem to care that much. Room was a little cramped. A/C was intermittent. Bed pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was less than average. Minimal selection beyond cold cereal and toast. Would recommend for a good location near the interstate, city. No frills, though.

Sleep Inn Ogden Utah

The Sleep Inn is in a fairly quiet location considering it's proximity (across the street) to a truck stop and convenience store. Service at the hotel was personable, friendly, and more the adequate. The morning breakfast was typical of inexpensive hotels (toast, bagels, pastry, juices, self prepared oatmeal, and generic cold cereals). It is located just a few minutes from Ogden's business district. If all you need is a comfortable night's sleep this is the hotel to book. In a sense it is an upscale Motel 6.

Ants, Ants, Ants at the Sleep Inn

Our expereince at the Sleep Inn hotel was horrible! We traveled with a pet so they put us on the first floor. After the first night we woke up to ants crawling all over our dog's food and bowl. The ants got into all the dry food and snacks which was completely new and we had to throw out. When I told the front desk they handed me a bottle of ant and roach spray and told me my room was not cleaned because I had a dog. When I returned to the room I found that there was a leak right above our toilet. When I told them they moved us to another room down the hall, but we still had ants all over our dogs food! Not to mention the rooms still smelled like smoke and the blanket had cigerette burns in it even though we requested a NON-Smoking room. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Comfortable and convenient

Staying at the Sleep Inn was a first time experience for us. The room size was a bit tight, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect. There was plenty of room to hang our clothing. The vanity could've been just a wee bit larger to accommodate the female beauty products, etc. We stayed for four nights and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The availability of breakfast every day was extremely convenient to have and saved us time and money. The location was excellent, with a family friendly restaurant within walking distance and a convenience store for those emergency needs across the way. It was easily accessible to the highway .

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

The Ogden Mormon Temple is within a 10 minute drive; there is a Monk Monestary to visit and purchase honey within 30 minutes; 1 hr. South in Salt Lake City there is loads to take in. Dining was available through out Ogden and all within 5 miles or so.

Okay Motel

The motel is okay. It has no fitness center and my room had no ironing board. When I called the front dest, they brought me on of those small ones that you place on top of a counter. The room was reasonably clean and had a small fridge and a micro wave. There is a nice family restaruant next door with good service and reasonable prices.
