Towel-less in Ogden

Bring your own towels

I will not stay at another Days Inn after this vacation experience. The desk staff was extraordinarily rude on multiple occasions, and was more interested in texting than assisting waiting guests. Towels were a major issue. There were never any towels available (sorry, we are out of towels). On two occasions I know of, both of the rooms were left with no towels and this includes hand towels. Fortunately, the family I was visiting was able to provide towels during my stay. The room was very cramped, with too much furniture for the available space, but at least the beds were reasonably comfortable. I have stayed at a number of Days Inns in the past, but no more. Pay more money for a real hotel, since it is clear that you get what you pay for here!

not that bad, but not that good

it seemed to be a decent building, they seemed to put people that were staying a little while on the top floor, coffee pot was broken, no towels in the room when we first checked in, kind of off in la la land staff. Decent indoor pool

GREAT FAMILY STAY

I have read reviews on numerious sites before choosing this motel and I admit it made me sceptical but im glad we chose to stay here. It was not too far from the interstate but far enough not too much traffic, nor the noise from the interstate. Not only is there is restaurant on site but plenty in walking distance and the neighborhood did not seem bad. Our car also was full of our belongings but nothing in the surroundings made me worry about it as there were plenty of nice cars around also. We had a room on the 2nd floor but it was nice we were able to park right next to the stairs and had our room right near the stairs no doors to go through (exterior stairs). The pool area and pool was huge and beautiful perfect temperature, the trees were lit up around the area just beautiful, it did smell like chlorine and was humid but thats to be expected with indoor pools. They provided a free breakfast in the morning for our family which was all just perfect. I would definately stay again and recommend to family travelers

Days Inn Ogden, UT

This older hotel has been recently renovated. It was a fabulous place when new and is still a bit run down in places, but the price was right and the location great. We were visiting with family and it is closes to their home. Our only issue was trouble getting someone to answer the front office phone right after we checked in. And the phone did not seem to work properly in making an outside call.

Convenient location

It was what I needed for a one-night stay. Don't know if I would stay there again, would not recommend. Needs updated badly, as it felt like it was not clean (even though it was). Was a cold night and had the heat turned up, was still cold in the room.

good value for the price

was there for a very short (3 days) visit with my air force son and my grandkids before he is restationed in phoenix. hotel was located only 3 miles from their house. kids loved the pool several of those days. only downside was these little tiny bugs that kept appearing around the sink. didn't bother me all that much but might some.. and would have preferred not to have them as room mates.
