Head down to 25th street... that is the location of "The Golden Spike" that connected the east and west railway expansion! The historic downtown area is a blast, and the people are all there to enjoy.

Overnight Stay
Was supposed to have been a non-smoking room, but it still smelled somewhat like old cigarette smoke. Room was small, but was away from the freeway side, making it pretty quiet. A/C unit took care of that with the need to run it all night to keep the room cool. Bed was very springy, and not comfortable. Pillows were too soft as well.

Central to much of Salt Lake/Ogden area.
We had stayed at this hotel before and liked it very much. They have a great breakfast. It is easily accessable from the Interstate I-15 and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good Nights sleep in Odgen
Fully met my expectations of a good nights sleep. Met friends in the Ogden area for a quick cup of coffee and conversation before returning to the motel for a good nights sleep & up early on my way to Spokane. Thanks to the free WiFi I was able to check weather conditions along the I-15 and decide to go the alternate route on the I-84 through Boise & Pendleton to Kennewick WA & the 395. Very satisfactory all the way around. As I'm dieting, I mark dining facilities as 3 since I didn't use them.

Great Place for A Good Stay
At first I was not so sure about the hotel when we arrived. The location did not seem so great right off the highway by a few truck stops, but when we got inside it was not so bad. We had no trouble checking in and were given free food tickets from the front desk for the resturant that they had in the hotel. We had troubles with the key cards that they gave us trying to get into our room and they were unable to fix this during our stay, but the room was very clean and well maintained. The total hotel is smoke free which was a great plus and the resturant was delicious. We really enjoyed the social hour that provided free popcorn and acoholic/nonacoholic drinks. We would definitly stay again!
