Stayin Moab

It was close to national parks. If they had had an elevator to second floors- it would have helped two retired couples.

New and clean

very clean and new feel. Nothing fancy, but probably the nicest 2 star I've ever been in. We didn't use the amenities. We would have stayed another night, but the front desk employees weren't interested in helping us get first crack at a cancellation - they simply blew us off and said check back later. Someone else got a canceled room, so we went elsewhere.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Jailhouse Cafe is great for breakfast. Stay away from Moab Diner - took us 30 minutes after ordering to even get a glass of water, and it is messy.

The Moab Sleep In SUCKS!

We reserved a non-smoking room (including informing the hotel of late check-in), and were instead sent to a reeking smoking room with little apology "its all we have left." We got moved on the third an final night, though the management was less than helpful and would not entertain the idea of a discount for their mistake.

Great sleep!

Great hotel! Two minutes off the center of Moab. Unfortunately that means taking the car, unless you like to walk a bit. Great room. I'd definitely stay there again.
