Nothing special, but nothing bad. For mountain biking, they do have a locked and tagged area. No wash rack. Very close to the heart of downtown. Room was nice.

Very comfy beds.
Didn't care for the Keureg coffee maker; you get fewer options with more effort. Very good dinner at the Mexican Fiesta across the street and great breakfast at the Pancake Haus in motel's parking lot. Nice comfy room at the end of a long day.

People working there hard to understand
We stayed at the Best Western the last time we were in Moab! I think it was a nicer place to stay! The soft drink machines didn't work! The people working there spoke English but with accents very hard to understand! Rooms were okay but they placed us right by the downstairs to laundry and it smelled as you walked out of room. I will go back to Best Western if I go back!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one evening while hiking at Arches National Park. We arrived at noon and were told that check in time was 3pm. (Which was totally fine, we just changed in the lobby bathroom and went into the park. We returned to the hotel at 4:45pm (well after check in time) and were told our room was not ready. Ugh. So we're given keys and told to wait 10-15min until the maid was done. After the requested wait, we lugged our bags up to the room only to find it in a state of disaster. linens all over the floor and to top it off, the toilet was leaking and water was all over the bathroom floor. After complaining at the front desk, they said they didn't have any other rooms to offer and we'd just have to wait while the "maid" fixed the toilet. Needless to say, our stay was not pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. If we were exhausted and staying longer than one night, I assure you I would have walked right out of this dump. My sincerest advice is DO NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty of other hotels along the street that offer comparable prices AND include breakfast.

Great location and comfy room
Gracious front desk; room was kept clean and the amenities (microwave, refrigerator and spacious bright room)were great. It is our third time to stay at this Ramada Inn.

Good times in Moab!
It is a motel, but the rooms have been remodeled and have comfy beds, nice bathroom, and flatscreen! Enjoyed being able to walk across the street to Mexican restaurant, diner, and brewery - all really close. Nice staff. Hot tub was great after hiking (outdoors - but hot enough that it's ok). Overall, a nice place to stay for a good price for a winter trip to Moab.

Ramada Moab, Utah
I'm more about the comfort of the bed and sheets. I give them both a five star rating. Great remodeled rooms including flat screen, new furniture and a double head shower that was awesome. Everything is in walking distance to the Ramada. Great diner across the street.

Excellent value!
Front desk clerk had a hard to understand accent, but got check-in quickly. Rooms were great! clean and air-con worked well and were reasonably quiet. The showers were double head showers and the tub was a real ceramic tub, but the all in one plastic stuff. NO laundry rom was a drag, but we could use the Best Western's laundry next door (It's their sister property). Free Wi-Fi was spotty, but I notice all the free wi-fi is slow, but if you pay for the wi-fi it works much faster(Comment in general).
