It's a Dump

The place is a dump. It needs to be refurbished. The room was not too bad but the outside, lobby and hallways were bad.

Extremely poor hotel

This hotel is a very poor hotel I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff does not speak english let alone understand what you are saying. When poeple flush the tolets or take showers no matter where located in the hotel its extrememly loud. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was cold. Just Plain a bad experiance. Not worth the little we paid for it. I would pay the extra and stay some where else.

Avoid this motel

Rooms were not so clean. Light blubs missing from bedside lamps. Complimentary breakfast should be avoided!

Good one to miss

Pictures online are incredibly misleading, if there was a garden or green grass/flowers they have long since died. Pool was not kept clean and most chairs were broken and stained. Stairs to second floor, no elevator, were not kept clean. Thin walls, hear everything. Room itself was bearable though not worth the price. Booked early and requested adjoining rooms for a family father's day trip and request was not given nor even attempted to accommodate.

Dirtiest Hotel

It is one of the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. For the price of $108 per night in small city in Moab, I expected very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are rude and not user friendly.

For the money saver only!

The hotel is so-so but it is not a nightmare, no roaches, lizards or needles on the carpet but the hotel itself smells bad, it is like something hiding under the bed, that same feeling of visiting your old single aunt that shares her apartment with four cats, and you can't stop thinking how good is to be outside instead of staying in! Everything looks old, the mattresses, the sheets, the most ugliest thing is the carpet, I guess the bed smell comes from the carpet. Don't expect a nice breakfast like they claim but it is not the end of the world, you get for what you pay so it is ok and you enjoy. I think they SHOULD DEFINITELY REPLACE the stinky carpets and the whole bed stuff (pillows, mattresses, quilt, etc.)

Rather disappointing

Basic room amenities were adequate. However, cleanliness is seriously lacking from somewhat cursory room housekeeping to rather grungy and soiled floors in the public areas such as lobby and hallways; outside trash was found very visible and near the building and entrances daily. Staff attitudes were very lackadaisical, bordering on apathetic in addressing noise problems or even directions to the drink machine. The location along the main street of Moab is a good one, but it is honestly the only thing I can think of to recommend it. Others in the Days Inn chain far surpass this one.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Definitely visit Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point park, just about 25 minute drive away. Also, great rafting, bicycle, 4-wheeler rentals and excursions all along the same street as the motel?

If you don't mind dirty barefoot family member employees

I will start off saying, the rooms were clean and nice. The pool was tiny, next to the street and a baby in diapers (grandchile of the manager) was in it. We were greeted at 2:00 p.m. upon arrival to the manager saying (barefooted and dirty) from her beach chair, do you have a reservation? I said yes, she said don't bother going in there check in is at 3:00 p.m., very abrupt. The manager's family dominated the doorways to the motel and it looked like a scene from a bad movie, baby crawling filthy across the parking lot, teenage parents with enough tatoos and piercings to scare you away. This sounds really bad, but you first impression of the motel is run. But, the rooms were clean, the breakfast very good. So, if cheap is what you are looking for and don't mind no ambience at all, this is it. There are many, many better choices in Moab, and they are close in price, newer, better pools/buildings and jacuzzi's. On the better side of the street with an actual view. I would not recommend this motel.

The Days in in Moab is a ...

The Days in in Moab is a drab, poorly maintained hotel. The pool is postage sized and the hot tub is in a room where the smell is enough to put you off using it. The staff was not well informed nor were they helpful. We were put in a ground floor room next to the entrance which was noisy. Although the facility is a non smoking facility, the staff sits outside at night smoking and talking in this case in front of what was our room. It is inexpensive but not worth the agrravation. The room was small and dank. The bathroom really small and crowded. The most positive part of a not very positive experience was the breakfast which was plentiful and the free wireless internet connection.
