Dirtiest Hotel

It is one of the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. For the price of $108 per night in small city in Moab, I expected very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are rude and not user friendly.

Avoid this motel

Rooms were not so clean. Light blubs missing from bedside lamps. Complimentary breakfast should be avoided!

It's a Dump

The place is a dump. It needs to be refurbished. The room was not too bad but the outside, lobby and hallways were bad.

For the money saver only!

The hotel is so-so but it is not a nightmare, no roaches, lizards or needles on the carpet but the hotel itself smells bad, it is like something hiding under the bed, that same feeling of visiting your old single aunt that shares her apartment with four cats, and you can't stop thinking how good is to be outside instead of staying in! Everything looks old, the mattresses, the sheets, the most ugliest thing is the carpet, I guess the bed smell comes from the carpet. Don't expect a nice breakfast like they claim but it is not the end of the world, you get for what you pay so it is ok and you enjoy. I think they SHOULD DEFINITELY REPLACE the stinky carpets and the whole bed stuff (pillows, mattresses, quilt, etc.)

Extremely poor hotel

This hotel is a very poor hotel I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff does not speak english let alone understand what you are saying. When poeple flush the tolets or take showers no matter where located in the hotel its extrememly loud. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was cold. Just Plain a bad experiance. Not worth the little we paid for it. I would pay the extra and stay some where else.

Good one to miss

Pictures online are incredibly misleading, if there was a garden or green grass/flowers they have long since died. Pool was not kept clean and most chairs were broken and stained. Stairs to second floor, no elevator, were not kept clean. Thin walls, hear everything. Room itself was bearable though not worth the price. Booked early and requested adjoining rooms for a family father's day trip and request was not given nor even attempted to accommodate.

Would not recommend.

Upon entering the room, there was a terrible smell. We asked for a different room, but it was just as bad. We had booked for 4 nights and the rooms were nonrefundable therefore we were forced to stay. We bought a couple bottles of febreeze which made it slightly better. We ended up going home a day early. Would not recommend!!!

Moab Days Inn 6-29-2012

My first impression was parking in the back of the hotel due to limited spaces and what did we see but a bunch of used bed mattresses left as a fire hazard outside near the hotel. I was a bit taken aback by this. The Front Desk Manager/Owner did not have much personality nor thank us for our business or the stay. The room was clean and good water pressure. Nice HDTV but the new bed mattresses were lower to the ground and very hard. Probably could use some furnishing upgrades at some point. The WiFi free was a nice feature and worked very well. For the value, it was very good to what we would normally expect.

Customer Service is Minimal

I don't think they know what customer service is... The person who checked us in needs a personality check. And they'll tell you, if your not there early for the "continental breadkfast", you lose out, because they don't refill what's already been supplied for the day... There are two reasons I am recommending this motel... 1 - Rate was good online booking service... 2 - Everyone needs to experience their customer service so you can have a good laugh every time you walk through the lobby...

Lodging near Arches

If looking for bare minimum place to sleep over while exploring the marvels of nature Arches National Park has to offer (may need more than one night), then Days Inn may do. Although rated 2stars, consistent with what it offers, the price will be reflective more of high demand in an area that sees over 1 million visitors each year. Specific deficits noted: noise level, somewhat crammed quarters, location outside of town center with poor on foot access to restaurants.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Probably best and least expensive restaurant is the Szechuan serving good Chinese fare.
