Good, Clean Value
Staff was slow to respond, but we arrived after midnight. Clean. Well-kept. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. We needed to change out of formal clothes at the hotel a couple of hours we checked out. No problem.

Billing confusion
Booked two rooms using Orbitz. Our second party arrived before I did, and checked into the rooms as I had passed along the reservation conf. number etc. (we knew they would arrive before we did). The Crystal Inn staff billed them as well. At this moment, we still do not know if they have been billed as well, and are going to have to go throught the process of calling their credit card company to see if they have been billed etc. That was a bit of a problem since we were in a really big hurry the morning we were checking out. Also, the two rooms were initially supposed to be next to each other, then it was changed to directly across the hall, and when we got there, one room was on the first floor, and the second room was on the third floor. That was an inconvenience too. Decent place, but, had some inconvenient things happen.

Unbeatable for the price.
