The Code
The good and not so good
3 night stay. Rooms were clean and great maids. 2 new queen beds, great heaters. Carpets are very warn. Did not have the microwave oven and frig in the room as advertized. We arrived friday night went saturday without it, asked for it early sunday more and did not get it until late that day. Kanab has a lot to offer and recommend it to everyone.

Absolutelty deplorable! Never again
i called ahead several times to asked not to be placed next to anyone I would be late arrival 1:30 am and did not want noise. Right next to late prson with hotel virtually empty.Also asked when called before leaving Az that the heater be turned on. took heater 4 hours o warm room,we had to sleep in sweats and socks. bedding was not suitable for such cold weather.Very thin blanket and cover.Toilet seat broken off ,water in sink sprayed out al over the place when turned on.Hair in tub and dirty walls.If i pd that price in Las Vegas i coud have been at the luxor for 2 nights for their one

Shabby room.
The first room had a fire alarm beep that they couldn't fix. We moved to another room. Both rooms were very old. The carpet should have been replaced years ago. Our sheets and counter had cigarette burns in them (though it was a non-smoking room). The continental breakfast is served in the lobby with one small loveseat to sit on. It consisted of mini muffins and yucky orange juice. I wouldn't even call it a continental breakfast. The pool was the only nice thing. It was set back from the road and had a great view of the red cliffs. It was clean.
