Great value and lots of amenities a short ride from Zion National Park

Nice motel
This hotel is a little bit far from Zion NP but it's really nice one that I have no complaint about the room or anything. The room is clean and nice. The staff is friendly. The hotel is close to restaurant, gas station and convenience store, just right in front of the motel.

Not worth the money has roaches
First had to wait for ten minuets at the front desk while the 10-12 year old boy was on the phone in the other room before he could check me in, no adults to be seen. Went to the room it was dirty and run down and no fitted sheets on the bed just a flat sheet and blankets. Woke up in the morning and had roaches running all over the walls, the shower was cold then hot then cold again, when you turned on the sink tap it sprayed all over you and the floor, the clock radio was not working the fridge was not working nor was the microwave, we had paid for 2 days and just left that first morning and just found an other hotel, I now see why supper 8 has a no refund policy because everyone would want their money back I will not stay at a super 8 again!

why are there people in our room?
rooms were not ready. Light bulbs burned out and was handed the new one to replace it at the front desk. waited at front desk for 15 min because the girl had her headphones in and didn't hear the buzzer. one of the rooms was missing the recessed light fixture and the bulb hang by the electrical wires. no ironing boards as stated. no HBO as stated. police station right across the street made for a restless night. The housekeeper was very proficient every day in all three rooms. Disappointed in mantinance, and front desk! and one of our rooms still had someone elses stuff in it at 7:00 P.M. and no one knew why.

unhappy traveler
You get what you pay for
I have stayed at other super 8 motels in the past and had better experiences. You get what you pay for and I really did. I tried to check in a few hours early thinking no big deal but it was. The desk clerk would not accommodate me in any way and insisted I come back after two o clock. When I finally got to my room it just has that rundown feel to it. The place was kind of dingy and dirty in the room and the bathroom. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and very old. The room was very noisy. I could hear the room above me moving across the floor. I could hear TV in the rooms on both sides of me. There was visible light coming from all around the door as if not sealed which made my wife nervous. In the morning when I went to shower there was no hot water. As far as economy motels go this was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not stay at this or another one again. At super 8 you really get what you pay for.

Digusting!!! This hotel is filthy :(
This hotel was so sickening!!! We couldn't even get through the door of the first room they gave us because it smelled sooooo bad. The second room they gave us was occupied and we walked in on those guests @ 1 in the morning!!! Our third and final room was so disgusting.... the shower head was duck taped, the towel rack was literally hanging by one screw. The sheets were thread bare, there was no toilet paper, the lamp switches didn't work and everything just felt so dirty. It was so pathetic if it hadn't of been 1 in the morning I never would have stayed the night!!!
