Room was ok basic clean. Bed were old and springs broken poking you, so uncomfortable. The location isn't great either, didn't realize how far they are from Zion national park. And worst of all, the breakfast was very bad. Something was totally
off, not fresh. I got a bad stomach ache after eating both the days.
Stayed for my son's wedding. Great room and nice bed. There was some wear and tear in bathroom, yet the overall room was great. It was close to stores and best yet, great food (restaurants). Staff was nice and very accommodating. Some family
members stayed at other hotels, paid more, and less to eat for breakfast and had to pay for late check-out. Will defiantly stay again and again.
I wasn't expecting anything over the top, but I was expecting that the internet would at least work in my room. After two days of staying there and asking repeatedly for it to be fixed, it was finally fixed. They didn't seem to be in too much of a
hurry to do anything. I would never stay there again.
Rooms are a bit dated, but overall it was a good stay. Staff was friendly, free breakfast in the morning had lots of choices, and our room, bed, etc were neat and clean. The rooms definitely need some upgrading though.
This trip was primarily to go to the Shakesperean Festival. This hotel provides shuttle service to and from the Festival which is a great convenience. The shuttle driver was great and very knowledgeble about the plays.
The room was dark, dated and not very clean. I didn't take my shoes off until I climbed into bed. They do not have in room movies but they advertise that they do.The town was sold out or we would have gone somewhere else.....don't make the same
mistake we did, look elsewhere.
