Upon ariving for check in the very rude person at the front desk said that we did not have a reservation even though I showed him my itinerary from [...]. He also said that he did not receive any payment from [...]. I had to go online on my computer just to look up a toll free phone number for [...]and call them. [...] I will never stay here again, and I recommend that Orbitz remove them from the motel list.

Stayed there for Utah Summer Games. On arrival the attendant hardly spoke english [*]. Tried to charge me for the room that was already paid for here. After lengthy discussione finally his daughter came in to translate. He said he give us berry big room, no fridge, no microwave, wifi only availablel if you stand outside of room or go to lobby. We went to the room and laughed it was only about 10X10 and smelled. The linoleum was broken on the bathroom floor. There was mold in the shower and the shower floor was stained black.

Maybe I'm spoiled.
Not the Best Experience
You get what you pay for. However, I do expect decent towels. We thought about stealing the towels in order to sand our walls before painting them.

Hotel not as described!
This was a terrible hotel all around. We could clearly hear every word spoken in the next room, and had to move with the family to a smoking room down the hall. The "continental breakfast" was a box of donuts. No staff were available at 7 in the morning. TVs were very small. VERY uncomfortable beds.

Adequate accomodations were adequate.
Slight misunderstanding at check in. They originally wanted to charge me and ADDITIONAL $36.95 on top of what I paid at Orbitz, until I showed them my itinerary and receipt. After that they were much more accomodating. Could be a mix-up on Orbitz's end. Hotel was pretty quiet until about 2AM IN THE FREAKING MORNING when some unruly (alleged) guests pulled up in a car blasting some sort of "gangsta rap" with subwoofers on "eleven." The disruption nearly messed up the rest of my travel itinerary.
