The main reason for booking it
The main reason for booking it was the location: just across Ruby's Inn and few bends away from the park entrance. Slightly overpriced for what it really offers: only two undersized nearby restaurants with long lines to get in, no swimming pools, no free internet... Ok but should be cheaper.

Well below standard
No working ice machine. Internet down for long time. Desk personnel felt I should spend my time creating a copy of my [...] confirmation for them to have in hand. This was not made known to me in advance. Room was clean but very out of date. TV was old and didn't work initially until we had maintenance on it.

Spartan lodgings
Small spartan rooms. Very basic. Bathroom so small a large person would have difficulty turning around.[...] The name of the hotel is a total misnomer. You cannot see Bryce Canyon from the hotel.Only saving grace was that the cost was low.

Bryce NP
We were vacationing at Bryce NP. The location of the motel was very handy. The restaurants were pricey but the food was good. The tub drained slowly, and the shower curtain was not the curved rod, so it got in the way. Updates there are needed. The tv remote did not work, and the man could not service it.
