good, average motel
Nice clean rooms, close to freeway, quiet, pretty good value. The free breakfast was ok for the price: pancakes/bacon/eggs or breakfast burrito, in the fast food taco stall next door, no drinks included.

This is the worst place I have been in!!
We booked this hotel [...] to break journey while going from Salt Lake city to Las Vegas and what a horrific experience! I have stayed at many hotels and I really have to say this was by far the worst I have seen.We requested a non smoking room and the first room we were shown to had unmade beds. There was someone's hair all over the bed and toilet had yellow stains on the toiler seats. I went and complained to the reception and they showed me to another room. The first thing we noticed about the room was the cigarette smoke odor although I specifically asked for a non smoking room. We thought we would stick through the night with the smoke odor until we looked at the bed sheets. There was someones dead skin all over the bed sheet and we were so disgusted that we immediately left the hotel. One of the ladies at the reception said she was sorry about the situation but it looked as if though there should be more concern for their guests if they want to be in business. The sad thing is that the hotel seems to have all the amenities like flat screen tvs etc but the management does not seem to care at all. This hotel does not even meet the basic standards of a Days Inn, period (believe me I have staid in a lot of Days Inns). Another thing that we saw was that the side entrance to the hotel did not lock at all and that anyone could walk into the hotel.

We checked in at the flying j across the street no problem. Looks clean outside and inside. I suggest requesting an odd numbered room. We stayed in an even number and heard a truck running all night. Good bang for your buck.

Good price, OK motel
I would call this a very average inexpensive choice. The truck stop location was no big deal, a few big rig noises...not bad. No coffee pot and, of course, no breakfast. Everything was just OK.

Decent room and spacious bathroom
This was a quick stop on our way to Salt Lake City. It's an easy on and off the freeway, but didn't hear too much freeway noise. What we did hear were extremely noisy neighbors who were arguing loudly at about 1 AM. We lost a lot of sleep because of them. When we checked out the next morning, the staff felt badly and gave us a free soda. It didn't make up for the lost sleep, but it was still a nice gesture.

Great value for the price!
My Husband and I are truck drivers. This Motel is right across from the Flying J. You check in at the front desk in the Flying J. You could hear some truck traffic, but not enough to bother you or keep you awake. We were in town for a family reunion. It is very convienent to several fast food places and we highly recommend the Mexican food in the Flying J truck stop which was fresh and excellent tasting. The motel was recently renovated and is updated with nice decor. There is a mini fridge and microwave in each room as well as a flat screen tv. We did reserve a king room and upon arrival found that it had not been cleaned and prepared for us, so we ended up staying in a room with 2 queens. Beds are not super comfortable, but get the job done. The linens on the bed had not been changed, but this was addressed the next day to housekeeping and they were promptly changed. Bedspreads seemed like they could have been dry cleaned and had some stains on them. Towels were new and fresh and there were plenty provided. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided as well as kleenex. There was also an ice bucket and cups. No coffee maker, no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer. There is a desk and chair in room and ample drawers for clothing, etc. There is laundry facilities available for cost and an icemaker. Can't beat the value for the price of $49.00 per night! Housekeeping was very nice. Shower/tub combo had ample room for bathroom stuff and shower curtain is extended out from tub for more space. Pictures online do not match what the room looks like at all. Motel is NOT an old house/building....but updated stucco facility. There is no elevator for 2nd floor, so if you can't do stairs make sure and request a room on the first floor.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Mexican Food place in the Flying J has great freshly prepared food and it can be taken out. Also a Wendy's across the street and McDonald's/Arby's across the highway as well as some local restraunts.
