Great for the cost!
Stayed here for the Red River Wine Festival and it was wonderful. Rooms were clean and large, beds were really nice. Sits between El Chico and Whataburger, so getting in really late wasn't a problem for food. Close to downtown area without being hard to get to. Really nice!

Air Force Mom
Ordinary Stay
I was there to pick up my son from tech school, I was very disappointed with how little there was to do in Wichita Falls. The stay would have been alot better if there had been Wireless Internet service so that I could have actually gotten some work done while I was there. The beds could have been alot more comfortable as well so that I could have slept better. I have stayed in alot of hotels for approximately the same price or even less that had free wireless internet service & had more comfortable beds. I was very disappointed.

Disappointed
the ugly
I had requested non smoking room and was told upon arrival none were available and the problem was booking online. The air conditioner outside the room was leaking and there was a puddle of water seeping to the carpet. I emptied 3 "ice containers" of water from that unit during my short overnight stay. I used "free newspapers" to soak up the puddle at the door. The desk clerk told me that maintenance would be notified. I went to a nearby WalMart and purchased air freshner for the room.

Air Force Dad
Friendly Folks
Good location to Sheppard Air Force Base as we were there visiting our son currently in school there. Rooms were average and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful no matter what we asked. Easy access to highways.

Ask for local suggestions or the chain restaurants ae good - located near the mall. The mexican restaurant- On The Border -near the mall was excellent.

My review of Best Western Wichita Falls Inn
The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the beds were extremely hard. I am used to sleeping on a softer mattress, but for the time we were there it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would stay there again if I go back to Wichita Falls.

The Denny's had good breakfasts, but I would not recommend for dinner.
