Don't be fooled by the name!
When I first opened the door it was like walking into an oven. The staff never turned the A/C on to cool down the room. About 1.5 hours later the room was comfortable enough that i could try to sleep. However the sound of the toilet running all night long didn't help the cause. After a hectic nights sleep, I woke and stepped into the shower, to find the shower head at eye level with me. I consider myself at 5'7" to be below average in height so for it to be at my eye level sure made me feel blessed not to be tall. All and all not what you expect from the name Ramada!

A little upset

It was ok until I got up the next morning to bathe. No hot water. Also, we had house cleaning come and knock on the door at 10:00am, I told her we would not be checking out till 12:00pm. She again knocked on the door at 10:45am. I was a little put out by that.

Just Plain NASTY!!!!
The hotel experience ruined my entire trip. the first room had pubic hair and urine on the toilet the towels and the bedding were dirty the tub had spackle in it and they had to show me numerous rooms before i found one i would consider staying in. If I had not prepaid, knew the area[...] I wouldve left immediately the place should be blown up. I slept fully dressed and was afraid to touch anything in the room And to top if off a lil before midnight one off the other hotel guest called my room stated that she lived there and wanted to come over to the room and "watch tv".

Fabulous location for the price
We went to visit our son while at Sheppard AFB. The room was small for 3 adults to spend any great length of time in. The room/bathroom were not exceptionally clean as found in other hotels but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful and polite. The location for us was fabulous, close to AFB and right on interstate to get wherever we needed to be at in town.
