Quality Inn & Suites Wichita Falls

Perfect place to visit my family. Near the AFB and many restaurants.

My little doggie was able to come with me to visit my best friend up in Wichita Falls.

Room was neat and clean. Location was close to the highway and provided easy access. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited but adequate for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi network was available and worked as expected. There were no real minuses. Overall a nice place to spend the night in a clean comfortable room and much better than some places that were in this price range.

This was the worst experienced of my life. The hotel smelled of sewer and the televisions did not work neither did the A/C in any of the rooms. We asked to be moved to another room and the desk clerk Heather told us we couldnt be moved but were welcomed to find another another hotel but we couldnt get our money back. she made the remark to us that we only paid X amount of money on the room ,and she smiled about it. She was very unprofessional.There was also a used Towel hanging over the shower. I would like my account to be credited. I am back in town today but I am staying at another hotel.I will never stay at this hotel again

I was very skeptical coming here due to all the bad reviews not just here on Orbitz but everywhere. I really didn't have any other choices due to the fact that I have limited finances. Lucky for me, I called ahead of time and talked to the manager and he said that I had booked one of their more recently renovated king suites with new carpeting and bedding and everything. Plus he told me that through Orbitz, I had gotten a steal. The room itself was fairly clean, bed very comfortable (VERY. The pillows were plush and the mattress had a nice pillow-top cushion). Upon looking in the bathroom, I saw the tub. It's not that it's dirty so much as some of the paint's chipped off, but I could get over that. I was fairly surprised with the hot breakfast and tickled by the Texas shaped waffle maker. I didn't eat the eggs only because I'm a picky eater, but everything looked good. The staff was fairly pleasant - I guess as long as you don't give them attitude, they won't shoot it back in return. As far as location goes, it was in an interesting part of town, but I felt safe enough. Plenty of lighting in the parking lot and there's another inn nearby and it's right next to the interstate. Overall, I enjoyed my weekend stay there and if I had to, I'd go back.

We were just driving through and needed a place to sleep for the night. This hotel was very clean and very comfortable. We'd stay here again.

The hotel was close to the freeway, clean, and breakfast was good. I will stay there if I am ever that way again. During check in, another hotel employee interrupted the process and began talking to the employee helping us. I thought that was rude, but the conversation was short and we were soon attended to. The site where I made reservations indicated this hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools. It doesn't have an indoor pool. The outdoor pool was not yet open due to the season.

Was there only one night for a visit. Staff was really great. Room was clean. Had a good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Will not stay in one of your hotels again. Only 8 cars in parking lot (we booked in advance) and still we were placed in a room right next to another couple and could hear them talking through the walls. The night help, a gentleman, was very helpful and a hard worker. His pay should be raised but the cleaning staff needs much better training and suppervision. We learned!!
