Holiday Inn WICHITA FALLS (AT THE FALLS)

Excellent mostly, room service slow, but otherwise, very satisfied! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel and room were clean but we had difficulty opening door. After 2 trips back downstairs, we learned to lift UP on handle rather than down. We chose this hotel because we were travelling with pets, and we had to take the elevator down, go through the lobby, and then walk down to grass. Staff were friendly; room was quiet and clean. All we wanted was a good night's rest.

The room was nice and fairly clean. However, there was never enough hot water, and I HATE cold showers! I feel like for the price I paid per night, a continental breakfast should have also been included. I realize that there is a restaurant in the hotel, however, if you are on a tight time schedule, who has time to eat there? I also didn't like the fact that even though I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door, the maid service disregarded my request and entered the room anyway. Also, the room stayed hot regardless of the adjustments we made to the temperature setting. I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer to come in and relax in a nice cool room that I can set to the temperature of my choosing.

This Holiday Inn has interior access to rooms with sealed windows in rooms. The room was nice some water damage on wall but otherwise fine. Service was very good. The one thing that stood out as a problem here not withstanding the hard to reach location was the fact that there is a bar or lounge off the lobby and the whole lobby smelled very strongly of tobacco smoke to the point of being somewhat nauseating when you went down the hall that the lounge was on. Even though I am somewhat tolerant of it, I still found it unpleasant and unacceptable. I have a child though he wasn't with me but I wouldn't want to have him exposed to those fumes.

Room are nice and personnel are very friendly and knowledgible for the area. The restaurant service is VERY slow and food is not cooked well at all. Stay at the hotel but eat out.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is located next to a busy highway, the rooms were quiet.

I went to visit an old friend. Went to the hot tub, met some new people had a pretty good time relaxing and getting away. The staff made me feel at home and there was one minor thing that was not working. my hair dryer but they did everything they could to make it up to me. I will definitly be going back sometime in the near future.

Every thing in this hotel was great. The only down fall about it was the bed was not very comfortable. Which I was surprised because Holiday inns usaully are very comfortable.

the hotel seemed very nice, most of my time was spent in town, but when I was there it seemed very plesent.

The Holiday Inn North was OK. They needed more check-in personnel on duty for the Memorial Holiday. My a/c was very noisy, but the internet worked. The TV control was not the proper type for that particular TV. The Bar host was very friendly. It was convient to the coliseum and the Falls. I would try it again.
