Baymont Inn & Suites Wichita Falls

Other than a few minor mishaps, the hotel was nice, the breakfast (though I didn't eat it) was warm, and smelled delicious. There were lots of kids there, but there weren't any noise issues. I'd recommend it. The reason for a 3/5 on room comfort is because the room was either hot or cold--no inbetween. :-(

It was a nice hotel, clean, free WiFi, and the breakfast was free. I didn't use the pool and workout area but it looked clean. The staff was nice and it felt very safe.

On the motorcycle all day, we were glad to get to our hotel. The Baymont was easily seen off the highway. Staff at check-in and check-out was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice. The king bed however was very hard, too firm for me and my husband. The dissapointment came when we went for the breakfast that was included with the price. We got there 30 minutes before breakfast closing time and the little bit that was left was cold. The girl that was checking the food came out, saw that it needed to be replenished and left and never returned with food. Also staff was not very friendly. when checking out, never even asked if everything was ok.

We were in Wichita Falls for a softball tournament. The hotel was wonderful; very clean & staff was friendly & helpful. The price was very reasonable. Everything was GREAT!!! If we ever need to stay in Wichita again, it will definitely be at the Baymont Inn & Suites.

We love the location! The evening we arrived, we took a short walk to dinner. The following day we drove approximately a mile to shop for an essential before attending a memorial. My husband and I had a great lunch in the same area.

the hotel is very clean,friendly staff, and excellent location. Several restaurants close by. They offer a nice breakfast and have an indoor pool and exercise room.

Overall we really enjoyed our stat at the baymont inn. We really enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast! I was so suprised to see the great slection. They even had a Texas shaped waffle maker! In addition sausage, eggs, etc. The only problem was that on our second night I noticed a small brown bug on the sheets that looked like a worm, looked closer and found another. It was quite disturbing. When I calledthe front desk they offered to switch rooms which was very inconvenient so they change our whole bedding and appologized. I was very suprised I recieved no discount no refund, nothing. When I checked ou they asked how it was and I told them about the incident and they didn't seem concerned which was a suprise. It's sad because it really was a great hotel and a great stay besides that incdent. The rooms are nice. Hotel is pretty close to the mall and movie theater.

The hotel was very welcoming, clean, and relaxing for a weekend trip. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and when anything ran low it was restocked. The only thing I didnt like was the pool. It didn't feel clean and smelt like clorine so you get a headache after a little while of being in there.

We were visiting daughter and son-in-law stationed at Sheppards AFB. Motel excellent place to stay. Great value for the money. Staff very friendly and courteous. Only negative was noise from early morning deliveries to supermarket next door, but that was minor. Parking limited. Did not try pool or fitness center.
