The room was well supplied. Bed was comfortable. Bed linens were threadbare and blanket was heavily stained and filthy. They desperately need new bed linens.

I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel. It is unsafe, and it is not a clean hotel. The pictures on the site are a LIE and everyone else that has negative things to say about this hotel IS telling the truth. I JUST came from there. The environment was unsafe, my door was warped shut so I had to get it just right to open it. You could hear EVERY little noise and people's conversations. Someone came in my room when I had the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign on the door and took my towels....but did not replace them!!! The rooms LOOKED somewhat clean but if you looked around there was dust and spider webs everywhere and after a bit I could not breath and I ended up switching hotels. They tried to get me to stay and switch to another room but I said no 'i'm sure every room is cleaned just the same.' Do not stay here. It's not safe and it is not clean.

The Sikes Senter mall keep me entertained. It was a nice little mall compared to where I am from.

HH 100 folks Do NOT stay here !
I really do not know where to start, the pealing paint and wallpaper; the roaches that were everywhere, including inside of the refrigerator; the broken air conditioner that was never repaired; going to sleep at night to the gentle sound of water dropping next to the bed from the shower upstairs. The hanging close / luggage rack that had all of the bolts removed, which resulted in nearly being impaled by a three foot pole while getting a bag down. The beds were awful; there was a couch in the room that made it nearly impossible to move around in the room as the room was so small. To add insult to injury when we went to the desk to report the air conditioning issues, the hotel management had posted a new sign that indicated that you had twenty minutes to inspect your room for a refund. When I booked this room in February this hotel was rated higher and the reviews were positive in nature. The lesson - If you are booking several months in advance you may want to keep an eye on the reviews. To see if they have changed since you made your reservation. Many of the hotels in the area have waiting lists for the HH100 weekend. You will have to call the hotel directly to get on their list.
