Days Inn and Suites Webster NASA-Clear Lake-Houston

This is just your average Days Inn but the staff at this hotel were out of this world. We checked in at 2 am and requested lots of extra coffe packages. The person on staff went and rounded them up and brought them to our room. Everyone we interacted with acted with kindness and caring and seemed to want to help with any need we had.

This was an old hotel, and shows its wear. But the room was clean, people were friendly. It was a place to sleep, which was all we needed.

This place had the worst service ever, wifi wasn't available and neither was the business center! The guy at the front desk said we would be able to print our space center tickets and then insisted that we just go directly to the ticket booth at the space center for faster service which was a bunch of Nonsense He also said we should rent the rooms directly from them instead of third parties

the beds were old and outdated and the room was dirty. Not a very pleasant experience and we will never stay there again. Very disappointed. We would have gone somewhere else but we were late in getting there and very exhausted.

We came to have surgery next door to the hotel, Deven at the front desk was absolutely amazing he moved us to the lower level because I couldn't walk! he was so great and helpful id stay there every time just for the customer service!

The Front Desk person asked if I wanted a room on the first floor, as he stated that it had a larger vanity, I opted not to. The first floor rooms opened up to the parking lot. The second floor rooms, you need a room key to get into to this section of the building - probably a newer addition from the first floor - I liked this, I felt more secure and safe. No elevator. The wifi Internet worked great. The indoor pool looked good, did not venture into the room. Bathrooms alittle small, but alright. Atmosphere, very quiet. Refrigerator did not work.

Is wasn't bad, but I expected a little bit more for the price. Overall....Ok I guess. I booked a King bed room, the bed and pillows were the best of the room, room is big, the bathroom is quite small, and so is the shower. If you see the pictures of the pool you would think is a huge pool wich is not, and when I try to go inside, it really smells pretty strong quemicals, so , I did not go in. I think it was over priced for what they offer, the hotel rooms have old small tv's, which is not even center to the bed, is kind of hard to watch tv laying down, the fridge and microwave are good to have in the room. AC, was fare, but it is old, and sometimes it just won't go up the temperature to hit the hot summer temperatures. Braekfast time is very limitated from 6-9 am, and most of the time this a Hotel, for vacation, not bussines, I believed they should keep in mind people won't wake up at 6 am to eat when they are on vacation. Also the breakfast is not good, they said Variety of pastry, Yeah ok, Blue berry muffins and cinnamon rolls....are not a lot of choices......not really good breakfast. Not good, not bad :s.....just too overpriced, this was like a motel but I paid double for each night.

Just what we expected. A basic but clean room for a great price close to where we needed to be. They had a free breakfast which was your basic continental type breakfast, but they did have really good waffles. Only issue we had was that on weekends most places shift the hours for breakfast back. This place did not so breakfast ended at 9am on Saturday and we got there at 9:05am.

This was a good location! Easy access to Kemah. Hotel was very friendly in providing discounts to area functions. Indoor Pool was at the front door which was kind of strange. But nice short stay.

First of all the hotel was dirty and old. Sheets and blanket s had holes in them. Could not let my 7 yo daughter take a bath tub was gross. Fawset dripped all night and toliet seat broke. Got toliet seat fixed but fawset still dripped the next night and drove us nuts. Pool did not open until 10am with kids thats not good. Reason was needed to be cleaned but pool the whole place wasnt clean. The neighborhood seemed a little unsafe in my opinion.
